Ah this year has been something... Coping with this new normal has been challenging for most. On a personal note, I’ve struggled with it and have tried coping with it as many of us have. I’m an anxiety sufferer. When I start feeling anxious, I know it’s time for me to start looking for ways to support myself. My Anxious Feelings roller has been a blessing.
