Newly crowned Forest Player of the Season - Murillo has made a massive impact in The Premier League with a string of eye catching performances. Incredible last ditch defending & also an eye for grasping opportunities to turn defence into attack too. You have to think he’s only going to get better with experience but for now is enjoying a richly deserved rest. 🫡

Moussa has been able to stay fit most of the season & put in some vital performances along the way. AFCON, the emergence of Murillo & the depth at centre half have restricted his appearances but he’s remained a vital part of the squad, a leader and been a key performer especially in a back 3 which we employed far less this season. 🔴⚪️💪🏻

Sad to say it might be we’ve see the last of Felipe now. Wasn’t at all sure we needed him when he signed but he’s been top class for Forest despite his fitness struggles that have ultimately forced him to retire. He should hang up his boots with pride & will always be a Red. 🔴⚪️🫡

Hasn’t enjoyed as good a season as it had promised initially maybe because of injuries but nevertheless Brandon Aguilera has shown he has real potential and will possibly have more of a role to play next season as he matures & develops his skills further.

It’s a hard job at the best of times but goalkeeping at Forest this season hasn’t been easy for any of the huge roster of Internationals on the books. Matt Turner is a good pro & will hopefully come out of a tough season stronger for the experience! 🔴⚪️❤️💯💪🏻

He’s not had the best luck with injuries & the form of Neco Williams making it virtually impossible to regain his place even as a World Cup winner. Gonzalo Montiel had already made some valuable contributions even if he doesn’t get many opportunities for the rest of the season being a Red will hopefully hold good memories for him. 🔴⚪️

Vlachodimos has had the rough end of the stick since arriving at Forest as an established International. Initially having to patiently wait his turn & then appear to have been written off without much reason. Goalkeepers have a tough job & the chopping & changing makes it harder for all of them. Hopefully both his career & Forest’s problems between the sticks resolve for the better because it’s been tough all round this season. 🙏🏻
