Reasons are valid. Excuses are not valid 👀😮💨
Excuses are often misunderstood for reasons when actually you’re just making an excuse because you’re either being lazy, you cba, you haven’t planned properly etc.
Reasons are valid, legit reasons why you can’t do something.
Excuses will 100% stop you from making progress, they will delay you in your journey and they’ll just keep getting in the way of what you’re really capable of. Point black 👏🏼

I cannot believe those words left Freya’s mouth. Im absolutely BUZZING as her coach and friend that she feels the way she does about these pics.

The key word being consistency. It doesn’t matter that it isn’t your best, it doesn’t matter if you’re lifting zero weight, it doesn’t matter if it’s 20 mins instead of 60.

Consistency is your best friend 🩷🩵
Not everyone will understand what you’re doing, not everyone will care, or they’ll have an opinion that you didn’t even ask for…But that doesn’t matter. The ones that get it really do get it 🩷🩵And that’s all you need ✨I’m sure other online coaches will be able to relate but it can sometimes be a very lonely place, so creating a community is a massive part of it 🫶🏼👏🏼🎥 📍

The scales don’t tell you a lot ⚖️
Yet they’re so relied on by women, and I put my hands up I used to be the same before I had any understanding that there were different ways to measure my progress 💫 🩷
This topic has been hot my clients lately, so I thought maybe other people could need some help and a reminder to🫶🏼
Yes the scales can/do measure progress. But what they don’t measure is how you feel, how you look, how your clothes fit, how much water retention you have that day, how you’ve managed to repair your relationship with food and exercise and yourself 🙏🏼👀
So the next time you’re beating yourself up about the number on the scales, ask yourself how you were feeling BEFORE you saw this number 🫶🏼👏🏼😮💨

Em first joined me in 2022 who can goal… we achieved that goal and again I can’t wait to see the professional pics 😍
She has FULLY fixed her relationship with food ✅ she came to me with a very ‘picky’ mindset, all or nothing mentality and just a bit lost in where to go next…
Em achieved this look my calorie counting and hitting a protien goal, no meal plan in sight.
It can be done, with years of consistency. She always loved training, but in the typical ‘body building style’… now she’s the fittest she’s ever been, still strong AF and a lot more flexible ✌🏼
16 weeks ✔️ and not a single box left unticked. Very very proud 🩷🩵🚀

The confidence is shining through for this new mummy 🩷🩵
In her first month with me she’s literally thrived. 30cm have been lost from her body. Her confidence had x by 30 👀🚀
In such a short space we’ve changed the way she looks at herself, the way she talks about herself and the way she treats herself🩷
She’s breastfeeding so we’ve really focused on food being high, getting all the protien and healthy fats in, as well as carbs obv 🫶🏼 she’s learnt that food is not the enemy.
She’s happy, I’m happy and it’s just the start.

I used to be the girl skipping core. And said ‘I’ll never have a 6 pack anyway so what’s the point’
My core is the strongest it’s ever been since becoming a mum *and I still don’t have a 6 pack, nor do I want one*
This is because I focused on it in my pregnancy and I’ve focused on it ever since.
I’ve done 2/3 exercises each session on my core *I haven’t done a single crunch or sit it btw*
I’ve also focused on movements using my full body that NEED my core to be strong.
During pregnancy a strong core can help prevent diastasis recti, ease lower back pain, help your pelvic organs therefore giving you more supports in all of your midsection, and it can help with the physical demands of labour 🤰🏻
So I’m not sure why it’s avoided so much 👀👏🏼
Postpartum training core can help, repair diastasis recti, makes every day tasks easier, reduce lower back pain, help you to feel more comfortable, the list really does go on 🫶🏼

The most challenging 2 years it’s been, for a lot of reasons. So much change in life and business 👀

If you’re doing something for the right reasons it will always work out. You shouldn’t ever doubt yourself 🩷🩵
Self belief is something I’ve always struggled with, since being a little girl I was always told to believe in myself more… I’m doing that now more than ever.
Very grateful to be living the life I am, to be able to be so present with Remi, with Luke, with myself and my family 🩷
