A healthy meat that's grown in wild

Made a delicious bagel burger.

Mixture in the meat:
(Whole pack)

1. 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2. 1 tsp of dry basil
3. 2 tbsp of parsley
4. 4 dates sliced in small peaces
5. 1 tsp of turmeric powder
6. 1 tsp of garlic powder
7. 3 tbsp of Worcester sauce

Directions:

Cook the meet on medium heat, both sides evenly coked.
Mix it with your favorite ingredients and enjoy 😋

Guys! This vegan RAMEN🍜 recipe is sooo unexpectedly goooooood... 🤤 Made with no store bought broth, easy and ready in 15-20 minutes! Try it out! 😉

You will need:
- 1 tsp coconut oil;
- 1inch ginger root, finely chopped;
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, finely choped;
- 1-2 tsp Thai red curry paste;
- juice of 1 lime;
- 1/2 pack Extra Firm Tofu, cut into cubes;
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4-5 Mushrooms cut in 4ths for garnishing;
- Finely chopen fresh cilantro leaves;
- 1/2 cup soy sauce; in broth and for tofu
- 2 sheets of nori leaves;
- 1 Tbsp pink Himalayan sea salt;
- 1 can coconut cream;
- 3 packs ramen noodles;
- 5 cups boiling water.

Directions:
1) Marinate the tofu by adding it in a container with 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce; 2) bring a big pot of water to boil;
3) meanwhile, in a seperate pot fry the sliced ginger and garlic in coconut oil for few minutes;
4) add sliced mushrooms and let it fry for 3-4 minutes;
5) add Thai curry paste and after few minutes squeez the lemon juice in and add the rest of the soy sauce;
6) add a handful of chopped cilantro leaves and stir;
7) then, add 5 cups of boiling water and 1 can of coconut cream;
8) let the broth simmer for few more minutes, meanwhile cook the ramen noodles according to package directions and drain them;
9) Serve - broth first, then noodles, then tofu, cilantro leaves and shredded nori leaves!

Recipe for Healthy Carmel Snacks

CRUST:
- 150 g activated almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- dash of cinnamon
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt

FILLING:
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 100g medjoul dates
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 1 tbsp almond milk

CHOCOLATE LAYER:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS:

1. Activate raw almonds by soaking them overnight in filtered water with pinch of salt, rinsing them and then roasting in the oven in 390 F (you can skip this step and use raw or store bought dry roasted almonds as well, if you're not willing to put in extra work).

2. Blend the almonds until almond meal consistency.

3. Combine the almond meal with sea salt and cinnamon.

4. Then add melted coconut oil and honey, and mix until well combined and sticky.

5. Press the crust into a baking tray or any container line with parchment paper and put it in a freezer.

6. add your dates, almond milk and sea salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

7. place the caramel in a bowl along with tahini and coconut cream, mix them together.

8. Add the rest of the filling ingredients - raw honey, melted coconut oil, maca and collagen - and mix until smooth.

9. Pour the filling over the crust and put it back in the freezer while making the chocolate coating.

10. melt together coconut oil and honey and whisk in the cocoa powder until even and smooth.

11. Pour the chocolate layer over the filling and put it back in the freezer.

12. Let it set for several hours, cut into square or any other shape you like and enjoy!

Simple Toast Idea 🥪🥯

Sweet and Salty

Ingredients:
1. One Plantain
2. Ricotta cheese
3. Whole-wheat bread, 3 slices
4. Few Figs
5. Mushrooms
6. Avocado
7. 2 eggs
8. Spices ( I prefer dill, pepper,
9. Himalayan salt
10. pine nuts
11. Monkfruit sugar 1tbsp

Preparation:

1. Caramelized figs, heat up the pan in medium high temperature add figs and monkfruit sugar

2. Cook the eggs

3. Cook mushrooms

4. Cook plantains

5. Toast the bread (in the toaster, oven or pan) and place ricotta cheese on top of them

6. Place on one toast plantains, sprinkle Himalayan salt on top. Done

7. Place sliced avocado on top of different toast and then place the egg sprinkle your favorite spices on top of the egg. Done

8. Place the caramelized figs on top of the third toast and enjoy 😋

Ahi Tuna stake with Shrimp & Qinua

Ingredients:

1. 1 Ahi Tuna steak
2. 1 Cup of cooked Shrimp
3. 1/2 Cup Qinua (I had black Qinua)
4. 1 Avocado
5. 2 tbsp coconut oil
6. Teriyaki sauce for Tuna
7. Honay BBQ sauce for Shrimp
8. Himalayan salt
9. 1 tbsp Brown sugar
10. 1 1/2 cup of water
11. 2 tbsp Sesame seed oil
12. 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:

1. Place the Qinua in a pot with 1 1/2 water, heat it till it starts to boil, as soon as it's starts to boil put the flames on low and put 2 tbsp of coconut oil and Himalayan salt. Cook it till the water/ moisture is gone.
2. On medium heated pan heat up olive oil, place Tuna steak on top and pour over 1tbsp sesame seed oil, cook for 3min then flip it and sprinkle brown sugar on top of the stake and pour over 1tbsp sesame oil. Cook for additional 3min
3. Take another pan, heat it to medium high temp, 1tbsp of olive oil and 1 cup of shrimp. Cook them for 4min occasionally flipping them
4. Slice avocado and place them on the plate.
5. Place Qinua on the plate, then Tuna and pour over 2tbsp of teriyaki sauce, than place shrimp and pour over 2tbsp of honey BBQ sauce.

Midetiranian Delight

Ingredients:
1. Falafel mix
2. 2 tbsp of flaxseed
3. 3-4 pitta's
4. vegetable oil
5. 2 pinches of Himalayan salt
6. 2 cans of garbanzo beens
7. Tahini
8. Ricotta cheese
9. Mixed salad greens
10. Black Olives

Recipe:
1. Mix fallafil mix by the directions of package, and then ad 2tbsp of ground flaxseed and 2tbsp of water. Mix it all and put it in refrigerator for at least 30min, I like to leave it for a night.
2. Cut pitta's in half
3. make a batch of balls with tee spoon.
4. in medium Pott insert vegitable oil around 4-5cm deep or around 2 inches, heat the oil to medium/high
5. Heat pan low/medium with one 1 tsp olive oil and place pitta until golden brown.
6. Heat garbonzo beens with 1/2 cup water in a different pot on medium/low heat, mix your preferred spices with it.
7. Put garbonzo in blender, mix in 4tbsp tahini,
2 pinches of Himalayan salt, 1 avocado and mix untill smooth.
8. Place everything in trays and enjoy 😋
