Reminder that tonight’s youth practice will be in the middle school.

There will be no Youth practice tonight due to school break. We will reconvene youth practice next week at the high school. The following week after that practice will reconvene in the middle school from there on out.

For parents who may not fully know or understand. Here is your cheat sheet.

I apologize for the repost, but it was brought to my attention that there was still a few updates that did not take to the first save of the flyer.

Please print out and fill out. If you can't get it back to me, please put it in an envelope and have your athlete give it to Jo Jo Mustico. She will bring it home to me.

Here is the updated version. This banquet is for modified and JV/Varsity.

Please make sure you get it back to me ASAP or at least the number of attendees so we can make sure we have the proper amount of food needed.

Starting this coming Tuesday!

Good afternoon. Although the schedule for Varsity/JV says start time is 5 PM. The coach has verified with the AD that is will start at 6 PM. Feel free to come a bit early just in case. 😬.

Here are the schedules for Varsity/JV for Dec and Jan. Subject to change. So check with your athletes.

Correction to tomorrow’s times. Wrestlers must be at the school at 6 AM. Bus it set to leave by 6:30 AM.
Remember they still need to weigh in so no big breakfasts or drinking a lot. 🤪

JV/Varsity wrestlers have a tournament Saturday in Glensfalls. Please have your wrestler at the high school to catch the bus at 6:30 AM.

Great job done by all who wrestled Wednesday night. For being the first matches of the season, you all did great. Not to mention the weight class you went against and the years of experience the other team had.

Very proud of you all.

We have a Coach for JV/Varsity. Meeting was today but if you are interested in wrestling please let me know. We will get you i touch with the coach.
Practice for JV/Varsity starts Monday from 4-6 PM. Small gym in the high school.

If you are modified and want to wrestle let me know. I will get you in touch with that coach also.

Ready, set, rumble... open mats tonight 7 PM middle school back gym. Come early if you can to help set up the mats and clean them so we can get started on time.

The banquet has been postponed until next Wednesday the 14th of March. Same time and place. Please let me know if you are still able to make it.

For all looking forward to the banquet please be aware that if the weather takes a turn for the worse and we have to postpone the banquet, we will notify you on here.
We are working on an alternate date if needed so please be prepared for this.

Good evening. I would like to make sure that not only the wrestlers know but the parents too, Saturday is our 2n tournament of the season.
We still need the modified wrestlers to be at the set up on Friday at 7 PM and again on Saturday for the tourney help.
Parents we are still looking for donations of Gatorade or Powerade but please make the them smaller bottles. Also any other baked or cooked goods are great, just let me know what you are thinking of bringing to make sure it won't be more than we need or have already. 😁

We are sad to say that tomorrow's play date for all modified wrestler has been canceled. Due to the weather and other schools having no after school activities, they are not able to participate leaving minimal wrestlers to be there.

There will be practice tomorrow for modified from 8-10:30 AM with JV and Varsity in the small gym at the High School.

So we must look forward to Wednesday nights match now instead.

Ok wrestlers. Spread the word. Youth sessions are starting. Siblings, cousins, friends and more. Let's make the youth program expand our wrestling program.

Today's match will be at Amsterdam in the MIDDLE SCHOOL! Please make sure you are ready for an early start. It should be starting around 4:30 PM. Modified, JV and Varsity will be wrestling tonight.
