Kung Creations
Self taught beader and sewist, Haida woman.
Before beading I used to do a lot of other creative endeavors one of them was drawing and painting. I decided to get myself a small set of water color pencils and play around with an easy simple sketch for fun, It was nice to do something different and go with it. Quite enjoy the simplicity of these guys was a fun little drawing to do and I plan to do more for fun, I may post them from time time here. It's important I think to do something outside of what you do consistently, it is also important to do things that you love even if it has been years since you did them. That's all. Just a couple fun guys
Not gonna lie I've been pretty damn sick for a good week and a half. So I have not worked on anything I started this at the last market and haven't touched it since. I'm finally starting to feel better and getting back to beading. ALSO I have to say I'm excited about this I am so close to 100 followers. I am so grateful for those who have purchased from me or followed my work and those who have liked and commented. Means the world❤️ I only started really being more serious about this page and selling at markets last summer, it's been a steep learning curve but I think I'm settling into a way that works for me.
About it for now. I will update as I go better, social media isn't my strong point but it is something I am determined to get better at😅
This past weekend I attended two markets, they were not the busiest this happens but I still did okay at them. However I did get to talk to some amazing vendors and some connections, love meeting new people, they are so talented!
The highlight was finding this STUNNING hat by .rae_designs that I stared at all day and couldn't help to buy. If anyone knows me I am obsessed with moons. And this color is beautiful.
Check out .rae_designs page she has so many beautiful pieces!
A little peak of what I have been working hard on this last month and a half! They will be available this weekend at the markets I will be attending (see previous post), but always up for grabs by DM if you can't make it! I will have other stuff as well but these are the newest earrings right on time for Valentine's
Except the round ones the're new but I just wanted to experiment with chains and the moons..well I couldn't help it.

Already starting a new pair (purple) of earrings and here are all the cabs I plan to get through by February (I hope! Big task!). I'll update as I go but I do plan on dropping everything as a collection for once.
Purple already has a color story, but I am curious what colors would you pair with which cab??
Happy new year everyone! first post of the year are these earrings I finished last night! Got a bit experimental to give them a bit of a gothic twist. First new pair of the year for sale $60.
Got a gift from my brother today, a wonderful beading board, I've been eyeing these for ages made by .night.beading.club the quality and word into these is absolutely amazing and I love it so much be a great addition to my beading tool kit.
So I always have a pile of rhinestone chains and I genuinely could not figure out how to store them, I am sharing this for anyone who might be in that situation lol all I did was cut up some thin cardboard into rectangles that fit the box I keep them in, then add notches on both side taped the started end wrapped and taped the finishing end. This way I can see all my rhien stones easily. Also made me realize I have more colors than I thought lol
**NFS*** I finally finished my first ever medallion. Is it perfect Far from it. It is a gift for someone in my family. I wanted to push myself to do something new to me, I always do earrings with cabs but medallions have always intimated me, I am not sure if I will be making any to sell in the future, I'd have to practice a lot first for sure. However I am incredibly happy with how it turned out for a first go!
All that to say to those who are learning anything new, celebrate even completing your first project and don't focus on the mistakes you made too much! Practice is what makes our crafts better, your skills can only improve.
With that I wish you a wonderful holiday whichever way you celebrate it, and I will be posting things i currently have in stock in the new year :)
Finally trying my hand at medallions, for a xmas gift. First one I really don't like how it was looking so now I'm trying again with a bit of a different approach. I am not used to beading without cabs but I really want to push my art and skills farther. I always have people coming to and saying "oh wow I wish I could do that I don't have the skills" but the truth is. No one has the skills when they start something new, you just have to try and practice, learn to be humble and patient. Everything I have learned from drawing to painting, beading, sewing I had to learn to take the advice of those who knew the skills.
Even vending is an entirely new thing to me and I have learned so much in the last 6 months talking to other vendors and meeting new people.
Okay that's all I'm not going to add a bunch of tags.
Thank you everyone who has supported me be it by buying items or liking my page, to those who have given me advice♥️♥️
Just finished up a pair of ear cuffs loving the start night sky vibes.
