BHN is committed to providing a safe environment so clients can receive needed services such as HIV testing, referrals for screening, counseling and more!
Interfaith Medical Center was awarded a SAMHSA (Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration) grant to create a Behavioral Health Navigation (BHN) program in the fall of 2015. The program is a part of the hospital's Primary Care Clinic and serves a large African-American and Caribbean community of Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights.
