Student Parliament of the International Balkan University is a body which helps students exercise their rights and protect their interests in the University.
Student Parliament is made of representatives of each department of the University. Student Parliament is made of representatives of each department of the University, which currently consists of 20 members.

Champions of the IBU Football Tournament are IBU Reds!
In the final match between Ibu Reds vs. Ay Yildiz that was played today IBu Reds won the match with 4-3 against Ay Yildiz.

Today IBU Student Parliament attended the Internation Ceremony of STUBRAND 2017. In this event there were elected the best brands of Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania by the student population.
This organization was helped by our student Asrin Bislimi- marketing coordinator of STUBRAND Adria,
The most important fact is that our student Amina Salihović that win a prize game a Eurotrip by Rapsody Travel&Events.
This was a great opportunity for students to bring their CVs and then to be distributed to the STUBRAND companies.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear students,
The student council of IBU is organizing a project in which 30 students of IBU are eligible to attend in the International Ceremony STUBRAND 2017. STUBRAND is the best brands in Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania elected by the students.
Students who will attend will deliver their CV-s(printed version) in the event to the organizers. Also students will attend in the Prize Game to win a free European Trip with Rapsody Travel and Events.
Students who are interested to participate should contact me, and the elected ones to participate will be informed by an official invitation in their e-mails.

Within the frame of the promotion of the newly established Student Club “Evlâd-ı Fatihan” at International Balkan University, a conference on the topic “Importance and Necessity of Turkish Language Learning in the 21st Century” with Dr. Mehmet Gedizli and an Exhibition of Turkish Language and Literature’s Wonders prepared by Dr. Mehmet Gidizli and Dr. Selçuk Kürşat Koca was held on Monday, 10th April 2017.
The event started with welcome speeches of IBU Rector, Ismail Kocayusufoğlu and President of “Evlâd-ı Fatihan” Student Club, Emre Gürdal. Afterwards, Dr. Gedizli delivered a presentation on the chosen topic. In the end, the audience which included academic staff of the Turkish Language Teaching Department and numerous students had a Q&A session with the conference speaker. In the end, all participants had the chance to see the exhibition and discuss on the its background and motives.
In recognition of their contribution and support in the establishment of this Student Club, Rector Kocayusufoglu presented certificates of apprecitation to the valuable guests of the event.

The Student Parliament of International Balkan University organized a student debate on the topic “Effects of Media” on Monday, 6th March 2017.
The audience included academic staff and students who enjoyed the debate between two teams who discussed on the positive and negative effects of the media, each offering arguments, facts and research finding confirming their theses.
This type of activity by IBUSP will continue in the future with new topics to be addressed by the students of IBU.
