Living My Dream: Getting Paid to Travel, Talk & Meet New People
This one for 🎤🎤
South Korea, an incredible and wanting to be explored destination especially for MICE. The event was a grand hit with the travel partners from India and was a great learning for me in trying to understand their culture.
Throwback to this years Women’s Day Celebrations.
Hosted the “Elegant Womens Achievers Awards” presented by in association with
It was truly a blessing to share the stage with some fierce women working in various sectors and making a change in the society.
The event was graced by the presence of the very talented Indian Lyricist and got the opportunity to listen to him live♥️
We also had other eminent guests like and top officials of Rotary.
Kudos to for recognising these women and giving the true role models of the society the opportunity to slay the ramp. Part proceedings of the show went to “We Care Foundation”.
Kudos to for organising this event and it was a pleasure to host it second time in a row.
Let me know in the Comments section if you have manifested anything for yourself recently❤️.
Manifestation is all about materializing our thoughts and imagination to bring them into actual reality. The concept is based on the belief that whatever you feel, whatever you put your trust in, will come to you in your life at the right time.
How it’s done:
Turn inwards and validate your own self: This is the foremost step for anyone who’s just starting to manifest. It is ideal for a person to go small and steady with what they want and then build upon it.
Being clear with your goals and motives, defining them well, writing them down, working towards them, and being grateful for what you have is crucial in the art of manifesting.
Experts believe that one can manifest anything and everything they want as long as one is doing it for oneself and not others.
During Manifestation, you bring your dream or goal into a state of reality and so there’s no point in getting impatient or constantly thinking: “Why isn’t xyz thing here yet?” or “Why haven’t I got it yet?”
Start Manifesting Guys❤️

Right from the Red Carpet of Filmfare Awards Marathi 2022
Relived my MBA days with Kotak Explore, a corporate case study competition for the top B schools across the country by Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
A case competition is an event where contestants compete to create the best solution to a business case study within the rules and guidelines set out by the organizer. Cases may be designed for individuals or teams, and contestants have to submit their work for judging by a panel.
The finalists for Kotak Explore were invited to their head office to present the final solutions.
It was judged by the top management at Kotak and the case studies were picked up from real life scenarios personally by them.
Winner: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)
1st Runner Up: Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi & Kolkata
2nd Runner Up: IIM Indore
PS: It's a great experience for students as they get a first hand experience of what goes on in everyday corporates. They get prepared for placements and they also get opportunities to meet & interact with the top management.

My Story on "Seizing The Opportunity"
16 - 01 - 2015
Found this picture randomly today and the mind directly rushed to this event, MY FIRST EVENT.
BNP Paribas was hosting a Bollywood Night at St. Regis and I along with another girl was called in to purely manage the event.
Their Red Carpet Anchor backed out at the last moment and they were left with no option. Their marketing manager came in and asked both me and the other girl and I precisely remember the question and the moment... Would anyone of you like to host the red carpet? And I legit didn't even blink, didn't wait for the other girl to answer, in 0.0001 seconds I said Yes I would LOVE to do it and boom the next 3 hours were the best hours of my life. The manager was more than happy:)
That was MY Moment, my moment to seize the opportunity and never look back. That day I learnt, if you don't do something, someone else will always do it, so whenever you see an opportunity, Never let it go, Never wait, JUST DO IT.
It's been 7 years that I am hosting yet this event remains the most special and closest to my heart.
MY FIRST EVENT EVER❤️
PS: Please feel free to share your stories.

Hosted The Book Launch of '3 Steps Up Phonetic Reader' by Author Nidhi Sureka at CROSSWORD BOOKSTORES
Some To Do's to Host a Book Launch:
1. Always be ready with the content very much in advance. We can be impromptu but only to a certain extent.
2. Go through the event flow and make sure the flow is maintained.
3. These events are very time sensitive so make sure you time yourself and every segment (welcoming, guest introduction etc) and try finishing the event on time.
4. Be very thorough with the guest names and the introductions.
5. Be very specific with guest questions, consult with the author first on the questions for the guests and then go ahead with it.
6. If possible, use appropriate personal life references while introducing the author to create an emotional connect with the audience (like how in the video I mentioned about her having a baby while the book was in progress) Don't overdo it though.
7. It's polite to speak in a low pitched voice at such events (Can be adjusted according to how the event progresses).
PS: Any event, make sure you reach much before time to get into the vibe of the place and the event & also for any last minute changes.
Had the opportunity to Host in Presence of these Veterans Chef Sanjeev Kapoor & Dr. Mickey Mehta for 'Immunity+: Revitalise in 28 Days' Book Promotion Event.
Witnessed first hand, Dr Mickey's valuable insights, discipline and indepth knowledge on health & wellness whereas Chef Sanjeev Ji's subtle humour & his unique outlook towards food & life.
Their New Book 'Immunity+: Revitalise in 28 Days' was an instant hit with the crowd at RCITY Mall. The book for sure is a great start towards a healthy lifestyle.
The event started off with them talking about the book and answering questions from the audience. It was followed by signing some copies for the fans and a few media bytes.
Had a fulfilling day for sure, it's always a pleasure & a treat to meet such knowledgeable souls who impart great life lessons.
Was a pleasure conducting the Red Carpet interviews for MRCC Solutions 25th Anniversary.
It was a Pleasure hosting 'The League of Legends' for HDFC Life & Utkarsh Small Finance Bank
Some Highlights from this event:
1. Definitely highly motivated and hardworking employees, the event was totally driven by their enthusiasm.
2. Everyone Participated with great interest in the entire event, from team building activities to impromptu dance, everyone was at their best.
3. Such a warm team, had an amazing day with them. It's always lovely to work with kind people.
We ended on a very high and emotional note:
4. HDFC Life had arranged for some heartfelt videos with lovely messages from the families of some employees of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. Must say everyone was elated and super happy as we can see in the group photograph.
