Notice of Funding Availability
CHFA anticipates making available $10 million under the Connecticut Housing Tax Credit Contribution ( ) Program to non-profit applicants that will create housing opportunities in the following classifications:
• Housing ($1 million)
• Housing ($2 million)
• Other Housing Opportunities ($7 million)
Application due date: June 1, 2022.
Due to numerous changes from the 2021 round, it is highly recommended that applicants attend an informational session to be held on:
