Willy Garte

W***y (died on September 6, 1998 in Pasay City) is a Philippine singer and writer who rises in the 1990s.

He was a blind singer of the popular songs called Bawal na gamot(Forbidden Medicine),Nasaan ang liwanag(Where the Light),Kay Lupit ng Tadhana(For harshness of Fate), and others.
