The West Hartford Food Pantry is extremely low on the following items. Please consider picking up a few items the next time you shop.

Pasta Sauce (24 oz.)
Canned Fruit (15 oz.)
Canned Soup (19 oz.)

Please note: We cannot accept open and/or expired items.

Food donations typically drop off this time of year, creating a challenge for the families we serve. The Town of West Hartford appreciates the continued support of our community to stock the shelves of the Food Pantry so we can help our neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

If you shop at Stop and Shop on Farmington Ave. or Newington Rd., you may leave items in the donation bins near the exit.

Otherwise, donations may be left on the carts in the Town Hall Lobby, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. For larger donations, the carts may be taken to your vehicle and then returned to the lobby.

If you have any questions or need help unloading your vehicle, please call Mirela Mujcinovic, Food Pantry Coordinator, at 860 561-7569.

Thank you for your continued generosity!
