The Paleo Pin-up
Delicious and easy paleo recipes, product critiques and beauty tips
This week I’m trying Trifecta.
First impressions: Nice packaging, food arrives fresh.
Likes: Cooks fast cause it arrives fresh and not frozen. It makes counting macros super easy.
Dislikes: Price. Size portion. And not as flavorful as the last company I tried.
You can add some salt or seasonings to add more flavor if you wish.
So, I’m on day 5 of eating the delicious meals from EATOLOGY and I’m loving all the different dishes and flavors I’ve tried so far.

So I’m testing out some paleo meal prep companies to make my life easier. Eatology is first up on the list, and so far I am impressed. Portions are big on the 3B plan and the flavor combos are really good. I haven’t had anything bland yet. Price wise, I think they are decent. No forced subscription. You do need to pay for shipping.
Next week I try Trifecta.

I'm going to try this recipe.
This just came today!! So excited to read it!
Breakfast. Banana and egg pancake. With almond butter, berries and maple syrup.
Pancake: use immersion blender to mix one banana and one egg. Rub pan with olive oil and cook over medium heat. Flip to cook other side when all bubbles have popped.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 mins. 😍
I had initially planned on making burgers with these awesome portobello mushrooms as buns but I used the ground beef for lettuce wrapped tacos last night 😊. So I came up with a plan B. If you can tolerate dairy this is so good 😋.
Chicken Caprese-like Stuffed Mushroom or Open face sandwhich. Which ever floats your boat 😜.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast filet or tenders
Fire Roasted Red Bell peppers
Fresh Basil- chopped
Olive Oil
Low Moisture Mozzerella Log, sliced into half inch slices.
Crushed Garlic
Salt and Pepper.
Toss chicken in garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Precook chicken and mushroom. I baked at 350 degrees till chicken was cooked yet still super moist and the mushroom was tender and hot. You may like to grill them. Either way would be delish.
I layed out the cooked portobello and filled with chicken, layered bell pepper, slices of mozzerella and sprinkled with fresh chopped basil. Increased oven temp to 400 and cooked till cheese was melted and viola! Delicious!!
