🌟 Harmony Science Academy Pflugerville's Science Olympiad Teams Shine at UT Austin Event Clinic 🌟
On Saturday, October 14, 2023, Harmony Science Academy Pflugerville’s Science Olympiad teams attended an event clinic at the University of Texas at Austin. The students got to attend the sessions to learn more about their events. The events ranged from inquiry and study events, to building events. The students were able to hear first hand from UT students who have participated in Science Olympiad for many years at their high schools. Our students got to ask questions and be more involved in their events.The teams will be participating at Regionals on March 9th at Texas A&M in San Antonio. As an added bonus, we also got to experience the solar eclipse in front of the UT Tower. It was a great experience. Dr Kuppala and Ms. Fletcher chaperoned the students: Yusuf R, Leo S, Daniel S, Casey I, Lamees N, Anaid E, Soo Nae N, Samuel A, and Ruben K. Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Null for attending, too. We appreciate your support. We do have a few spots open on our Division B team, 6-9 grade!

This morning, yes on the first day of summer vacation, we had the senior Aylwyn S. pass his IBC test for the Fusion 360 software program offered in our engineering course pathway.
With this industry based certification, the door is open for many career and academic opportunities. Thank you so much Ms. Stark for always pushing your students towards excellence! We are very proud of you!
