Around July last yearI posted a pic of me weighing 73kg. It took me over a year to bulk up to 87.5kg then cutting back down to 82.5kg, which I weigh currently.
At 73kg my goals was to be bigger and lean. As you can see it takes time to attain the physique you want, results just don’t come over night.
If you’re disciplined enough you can achieve your goals to. It just takes a little while but you’ll get there ✌🏾
