Kumaun University Nainital

I was surprised that Our university has no ranks in recent MHRD ranking. perhaps they did not participate. Why should they have such hesitation to open up. I am sure the academic and research work from 1976 to 1995 itself will make them getting place within first 20 university. Later also there might be good work, which I am not aware. Let us wish them good luck in next assessment. Could we send our good wishes to VC of KU ?

Dear All from the batch of BOTANY and Ecology from 1978 to 1986
I am sorry to limit my message within a bracket of this period due to my constraints to handle my proposed activity.
I am proposing a"Brainstorming session on Environment Culture in colleges and Universities" in Kumaun University Nainital for these Alumni of DSB Campus.This goes without saying that we will also deliberate on "How we have been able to practice that culture both in house and work environments which were preached by our teachers during academic and research life ". The Environment affects all lives and sphere of work. So we all are connected and concerned, be in any job or shaping the family. I propose last week of November,2015 or 2nd week of March 2016, but fully open to change as we want to make it happen. Kindly use your digital knowledge to communicate this proposal to all persons having studied between 1978 and 1986 in Botany/ecology at Kumaun University Nainital.
