In Skillets I now use half Cauliflower and half Potato as a base. I think they will just get married.

A marinade for Flap Meat "Sirloin Fajita" for Fajitas
The famous Ninfa's in Houston uses pineapple juice in it.
My first time cooking "Flap Meat" which is also called Sirloin Fajita. Fajita originally is a cut of meat not a dish. I highly recomend it!!

Schaschlik is German street food, this chicken version I use German Curry like Catsup and brush the skewers. Ummmm try it!
Our Anniversary breakfast. This time with a table cloth at the local park. Fresh dill adds so much to cream cheese.....I can always taste the capers a month away.

Simple Shrimp Salad when I am feeling not very creative and it is already nearing 100 degrees here.
Teriyaki Chicken thighs, with fried rice on a bed of shredded cabbage. I didn't want to throw the shredded cabbage in with the rice it would virtually disappear.

mine is lime, garlic, onion, cumin, and cilantro ..and beer or tequila.
Have you tried this trick? If your green onions have wilted put them in water and they come back...
