Mary's organic air chilled chicken is one of the most amazing companies. The chicken is air chilled so it never shrinks, fully organic and the animals are never forced inside. They have a house/chicken hut but can go outside whenever they want so humanely treated all the way. Topped it with raw cheddar and trader Joe's tomato sauce.

I was just reading about how when we hear crunching from food, we feel a sense of euphoria. Sometimes I need a good old fashioned potato chip but other times kale chips do the trick. They are so delicious, healthy and very easy to make. Anyone have any amazing kale chip recipes?

New recipe. Rice and quinoa pasta lightly sautéed in olive oil, garlic and butter. Added in grass fed, organic steak and topped with bell peppers and mushrooms. Delicious and healthy. Fully organic meal, 3 servings and under $10. Veggies are worth buying organic if possible. :)

Ever feel like your pants fit tighter one day while another day they feel loose? Does that drive you crazy too? Did you know that for every 1 gram of carbs a person eats they will generally hold around 3 grams of water. This explains it and I am feeling better right about now. Makes sense since when you cut carbs the first few weeks you loose lots of water weight. I love doing metabolic typing+carb cycling+yoga and weights. What is your favorite way to feel healthy?
