PSA, from 3-7 June Bill's are doing bottomless pancakes for £5, and it includes the gluten free vegan option!😍😮🥞 as someone who can’t eat gluten & dairy we often get left out of these kind of deals so I was very excited to be included this time. They are delicious too!

I’ve made this a few times now and it’s SO yummy. A lovely moist sponge (I find lots of chocolate cakes can be quite dry but this isn’t atall!) with dairy free buttercream. Gluten free & vegan pastry’s!😍 it’s rare to come across pastry’s that are both gluten free and vegan, there are a few options out there but I recently saw a few people talking about Monty and Vito’s Diner so I had to order some. They are delicious and not too pricey either! They are on Etsy if you fancy ordering😊

Gluten free & vegan treats😍🍩🍪 can’t go into town without popping into .co for treats. They are an entirely gluten free cafe in Reading town centre with lots of vegan / dairy free options too. I always pick up a baked doughnut and this time also went for an NYC cookie. A must try if you are in the area 😊

Hi everyone, I’m so sorry it’s been so long since I posted here on my page. It’s been a busy few months - on 10th September I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called Autumn at 37 weeks after a scary time in hospital with preeclampsia. She’s 7 weeks now and it’s been a long recovery process but we are doing a lot better now. I’ll be back with lots of new recipes very soon 😊♥️
