Plum Clafoutis, our new weekend special.

At the bottom there is a layer of damson gel, topped with plum Clafoutis which is a French dessert somewhere between a baked custard and a sweet pancake with the fruit chopped through the batter before it is baked. On top of that there’s a fennel seed and clotted cream namelaka.
