I originally started my business under the name "Originails" approximately 10 years ago. With Originails, I did custom nail painting for friends at their home. It created a great opportunity for a group of girls together, drink wine, and have their nails uniquely painted, without having to travel to a salon. This branch of my business is still strong in the summer months while flip-flop season is in. In the mean time we've also developed a tree farm which we personally manage and grow. Along with our own plants we sell, we also take orders for particular items that a customer may be hesitant to plant until it's at a hardy size. Currently we carry over 20 different species of trees and shrubs (totaling over 320 individual trees), and multiple other indoor and exterior plants. On top of the nails and trees, I ultimately enjoy hobbies of all kinds! For years I have made and sold custom designed lamps, curtains, blankets and bedding ensembles, frosted and engraved glasswear, pottery, crotched items, clothing, and have refurbished and restored multiple pieces of antique and damaged furniture, along with manufacturing wax products. Point in hand... That's how JLHunt Innovations was formed. So be prepaired to see all of the above at some point on this site. However, due to the time of year and the demand, candles and fragrant wax products are in! Currently we use paraffin and soy wax to turn our candles and tarts into unique pieces of fragrant art. We also work with a local bee farm to harvest local bees wax for our all-natural lip balm and cosmetic products. I guess you can say, that in the end, we enjoy everything we do and enjoy doing a little bit of everything. We're hoping that by making our products more excessable to view, that we'll be able to sell more not only locally, but nationwide as well. Nail, candle, and product parties will have to stay locally of course, along with the trees, lol:) But be sure to contact us if mailing an item is an option for you!
