Interested in a Part-Time Practical Nursing Program with an NCLEX passing rate of 100% for the last three cohorts? Come join us at Hutchinson Community College! Our Part-Time application period ends August 1st, so hurry on over to our website to learn more and apply. The pinning will be at Stringer Fine Arts Center (on the Main HutchCC campus) located at 600 E 11th Ave, Hutchinson, KS in the BJ Warner Recital Hall. What makes Practical Nursing special to you? "It's something I can do that leaves a positive impact on the world."

What motivated you to pursue this field? "I have family in healthcare and worked as a CNA for a few years. I have enjoyed what I do and this is the next career step."

What is something you would like to tell prospective Practical Nursing students about HutchCC's program? "Use your resources! There are so many support systems that want you to be a successful nurse and keep you from failing. There are a lot of programs that are very hands off, but the people at HutchCC's PN program are truly helpful if you are willing to reach out/listen to them."

What are your plans after HutchCC? "I'd like to start working in a hospital and work on getting my RN and eventually work in ER/ICU and surgery."
