September is Mushroom Month ...!

Co-creating an Essence with this Mushroom was one of the most profound experiences of my life... and this quickly became one of EarthSong Essences most popular Essences.

It has the capacity to help absorb deep fear... especially deep subsconscious fear... including those which we have inherited from our Ancestors.

A very very important Essence for these times.

My favourite Essence for Space Clearing - the beautiful Mistletoe Essence.

A bit late to the party for this year's International Essence Awareness Week, but I'll use these beautiful Summer Solstice Energies to help raise awareness of the amazing power and wisdom of Nature!

I'm taking part in the Photo Challenge and that Day 1 task is to share a photo of my favourite essence for space clearing.

There are a few in my repertoire which I love to use, but my current favourite is EarthSong Essences Mistletoe Essence.

One of it's main messages is 'It's ALL Light'... and this amazing Essence helps to remove toxic imprints, at whatever level they reside, and replace them with Love and Light.

It always makes my aura and space feel cleansed, refreshed and infused with a beautiful high vibe!!

While we usually think of Mistletoe in the winter-time here in the UK, as that is when it is most visible, the energy of the essence helps in a very subtle way to harmonise our relationship with Light in all it's forms.

This includes staying stable energetically when there is a lot of 'Solar activity.'

Tree identification during the bare months

This Essence has been coming up a lot in consultations with clients lately - Stone Circle Essence.

Made at Duloe Stone Circle in Cornwall with 2 other women - this beautiful essence helps strengthen and protect the Feminine Energy System.

Whenever I look at this photo of one of the stones I am always amazed at how much it looks like a woman gracefully walking or even dancing.

The song which I heard while this Flower Essence was being co-created is a profound one by Kirsty Martin called 'Common Ground.'

This helps us be upright and compassionate while witnessing suffering or whatever shows up a s 'Lack of Love' in our lives or in society as a whole.

It strengthens the Heart Chakra so powerfully that it does not cave in when experiencing emotional trauma or when shocking truths which were once buried are brought to the surface.

By holding a strong frequency of Pure Love it is possible to transmute the emotions of fear and rage which can weaken the integrity of the heart.
By alchemising these feelings, rather than simply reacting, we are then more able to help break the cycles of harm.

Sharing today the beautiful Wild Rocket Flower Essence.

Yep, the rocket which you put in your salads, this is what the flowers look like.

This was one of the earliest EarthSong Essences, made in April 2008 in an ancient olive grove on the edge of the village I was living in in Andalucia.

It is an essence for discernment.
It helps us to cut through the mental chatter of the busy mind and get right to the truth.

This is an excellent Flower Essence to work with if you find it difficult to meditate, or you want to strengthen your intuition.

For many years I would take a drop of this before making other Flower Essences as it helped me to 'get in the zone' without being distracted by my internal mental meanderings.

Anxiety takes us whirling through our minds and out of our bodies. Our adrenals pump so fast that we lose ourselves, and our connection to the here and now due to fear.

The more we practice gently pulling ourselves into the present and focusing on something in nature, right here and right now, the more we are able to intentionally slow down, which also slows the whirling mind... and then the spirit and body can naturally merge back together with more ease.

A little practice often can build new memory and stability in the body in the here and now.

When I hear people talk in reverence of far off goddesses, angels on high and light beings.

I often wish, that they would instead, turn their sacred revery to the bone like roots, the dark fecund earth, the insects and the worms, the weeds and fungi.

For they are the ones that carry the spirit of angel, they are the real alchemists.

Showing us daily, the wilds spirit of recovery.
Turning rubbish into gold, death into life, s**t into medicine.

I wish we would celebrate more, sing into the trees, the darkness, the soil, songs and prayers of revery for the incredible beauty, the indomitable will of the wild. Instead of feeling weird about it, hippyish, silly.

How odd it is, that angels, gods and far off beings seem to be the sensible option, the socially accepted notion. Rather than remember and adore the angelic in the beetle, the bacteria and the seed.
