Capturing beauty and genius at the ! 📸✨ I had so much fun taking headshots of in the MWL member’s lounge. Cody is the lead bartender at the Multnomah Whiskey Library, and she plans all of the seasonal cocktail menus. She is so incredibly skilled at what she does (I know firsthand because I work with her at MWL as a host!), and I wanted to capture a photo worthy of her immense talent and knowledge.

Did I have way too much fun smashing the chocolate for this shoot for ? Yes, yes I did.

Capturing the vibrant colors and bold flavors of traditional Colombian cuisine is definitely a perk of the job 📸🍛 This mouth-watering plate of Calentado (a delicious blend of rice, red beans, ripe plantains, scallions, and onions topped with two sunny side up eggs and crispy chicharron) was a joy to photograph for my client Cereus. Can't wait to showcase more of their amazing dishes! 😋👨‍🍳

Spur-of-the-moment headshot session with my friend Douglas turned out better than we ever could've planned! The light at Scholar Amaro Bar was perfect at that time of day without any lighting equipment; sometimes the best moments happen when you least expect them ✨📸

I originally came up with this cocktail recipe to complement a product shot for an Etsy seller, but I loved the recipe so much I ended up doing a second shoot with it for my personal cocktail blog. My Mint Mojito Iced Coffee Recipe uses demerara sugar, rum, coffee liqueur, with lime and chocolate bitters. 🥂✨
