We are organizing a Multicultural Fundraiser Event on May 18, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time at First Presbyterian Church of Dutch Neck, 154 South Mill Rd, West Windsor, NJ 08550.

We are pleased to announce that we will be featuring the well-known Manipuri dance artiste Mr. Sanjib Bhattacharya from Ohio at this event. Additionally, Gayatree Sarma, Rabin Goswami and Priyadarshini Inman from our Assamese diaspora will grace the occasion.

We are busy planning the event with an attractive list of performing artists, including Ms Sunita Bhuyan in violin for a Borgeet and a Devotional song, specifically recorded for NAAM in a Mumbai studio. In addition we are also in communication with several additional.
well-known artists to show case their work for this fundraiser. These may include Eepsita Hazarika, Anurag Saikia, Jatin Goswami, and Seujpriya Goswami from India, and our own USA based Thapona Dance Group with ladies participating from the North-East of the US.

Sanatani Vaishnavite ( Mahapuruxia) culture of Assam.
Pha kuwa. (Holi ) celebrated at Borpeta hotra in Assam for 3 days. Last day with mud. It’s Only 2. Hrs n 30 min approximately from Gauhati air port.....This is One of the ancient Vaishnavite hotra( monastery ) of Assam. This spiritual dance with prayer is one of the Nam( kirtan) there many Kirtan with awesome Hotria dances.....with Slokas and prayers Based on Gita .....This Hotra also a Center of Assamese culture like Majuli the River island ( world heritage and had 85 Vaishnavite monasteries once) in central Assam.
At Borpeta Hotra Pha-Kuwa ( Holi) festival celebrated here with grand functions, prayers etc....but ladies are not allowed in core area of Monastery .....where monks lives....

Sanatani Vaishnavites cuisine is very healthy . Even a vegetable dish also has great health benefits. They Do not eat Pork and beef.
How to reach--Numerous flights operates every day from all parts of India. Worth visiting if you are on a spiritual tour.....
