What about Flex-funding? Unfortunately due to issue with the company, after having our investors money return to them. we have ceased our collaboration with them.
Many of our investors had issues, with getting accounts created, poor support from the provider lead us to choose to go a direct route. Almost all of the initial investors came over to our new direct model to learn more, feel free to reach out.

We have had many wonderful visits, of people asking about details as for how to join us on this journey!

So, 289 Venue viewings later since April of 2020, we are finally back in a central location in Copenhagen.
Kyros & Co. is an idea of trying to change the manner in which we do nightlife, an environment for conversation, exploration and discovery. We wanted to serve something extraordinary in lieu of the more commonplace. We had an amazing selection in the Original Kyros, We will continue to do so, and far far beyond.
We seek to inspire, surprise & delight in new and wonderful ways, taking with us the experiences of the first edition, and improving on it in the next.

Excuse our minor hiatus, these are indeed trying times, and while we know many of you, swung by without finding us open, We would love to re-invite you back to the Pavillon from 10:00 tomorrow.

What is the Pavillon? we are two things, Bottleshop & Cafe
We have products of both our own creation and from friends of ours, with a strong focus on Low & Non Alcoholic drinking.
On top of that, we serve our own creations, in our little cafe, with Tea from the Cocktails & Food by and very soon, sweet things as well.

We spend a lot of time on staff training and knowledge sharing. An essential part of job is self-education. We will provide you with all the tools and learning materials and we expect you to spend time on your own as well as with us to master them. We of-course, are always available to help you, individually as well.

A Series of unfortunate events pt. 1
Right so, how does one end up here? opening a bar? Honestly if you would have asked me 6 months ago “When are you opening a bar?” I would have said something like “Soon right now I am finding the money” as I would be glaring at a budget of 1.7million kroner, to open a 24 seat venue.Now in the grand scheme, 1.7million is pennies, but for a two-bit hobo bartender, well suffice to say, they would loan me 3 million for a home, in an inflated housing bubble, but much less loan me 130kroner for Shio ramen @ Slurp.
In March one of my regulars, one of those regulars that have a tendency to be fu***ng annoying, because they always push you to make new stuff, and will send the drink back when it sucks, precisely the kind of regular that you love, because they push you to become better.Anyways, this guy utters in a semi drunk condition “If you one day want to open a bar, I have some money to invest ”to which I think to my self “Dude what the heck, you are drunk, calma carralho!” but at the same time those words dug in to me!
anyways fast-forward to May, I realize it’s time to stop working at Format, our interests are no longer aligned. Never had I imagined it would end so soon, I felt like I had so much more to learn, from some of the greatest people, I’ve ever had the privilege of working with; my god I have always been a fast learner, but never have I learned at such a pace, what I would not have given for one more year.On the bright side, instead of colleagues they became family, people whom I really care for, and I am forever grateful for that.
In June i began looking for a venue, with lots of investors putting their bid in to build something, a combination of a series of unfortunate events, and not exactly being on the same wavelengths! I contact my Gopnik in Crime, Kaloyan. (That very same dude who in a semi drunk state offered to invest in a bar) and say, so you serious? to which he replies, well in theory yes! We discuss details, and figure out exactly what we want out of this arrangement. He always wanted to owned a bar / restaurant, and I just wanna mix drinks n stuff. So alignment! let’s go. We find one venue after another, meeting the same answer “No we do not want a bar in our building” Almost as if everyone expects us to recreate Saturdays after 0130 at the Union Cocktail-bar (Frank the Tank & Geoff you know what’s up!) it seems the concept, of a place to go out drinking, and still being able to remember what one did the night before, is a foreign concept to most landlords, but then who can blame them Copenhagen is effin’ disgusting after midnight.
