We, a few of the people of Ross County and other counties, have concerns regarding a sixteen-year old child, a Whitney Hatfield, following a Facebook post a few days ago on the Non-Biased Southern Ohio Bulletin Board page. The post was from unknown people saying they were her parents and were reporting her missing. More recently the poster reported that Whitney had been found, that “Ross County” had her, but were refusing to return her to her parents, or to allow them to see her.

We understand that there may be legitimate or plausible reasons for the parents to not have her but do not agree with the secrecy surrounding this recent disappearance of a child from our community, particularly in light of a few facts:

a.None of you, as corporate agents, are operating true law enforcement entities, nor do any of you have authority, according to your own caselaw, for protecting or serving anyone. Castle Rock v. Gonzales, 545 U.S. 748 (2005); Warren v. District of Columbia, 444 A.2d. 1, D.C. Ct./App, 1981) Nor do any of you have the responsibility or authority to work towards the prevention of even foreseeble murders of children. DeShaney v. Winnebago County, 489 U.S. 189 (1989).

b. Between the spring of 2014 and the summer of 2015, several women disappeared from the area around Chillicothe. Four were later found dead, in some cases with signs that they were the victims of violence. Two were never seen or heard from again. Agents of the private, for profit corporation known as FBI had been involved in those matters, as well as possibly in this one. Since FBI is prohibited from even existing, according to Article I Section 8 of the 1787 Constitution, much less serving any “law enforcement” function, but you work with them routinely anyway, as if they were legitimate.

c. Your function and that of your agents, contractors, or principals is limited to and for the purpose of revenue generation. Along those lines, evidence is piling up that indicates that you are each involved directly or indirectly in the interstate and possible international transportation of children for financial gain.

Since our information is that you or your agents, contractors, or principals were the last people to have claimed to have seen Whitney Hatfield, and have provided no public reason for refusing to restore her to her parents, we believe the community is entitled to an explanation as to Whitney’s current whereabouts, including the name and contact information of any adult in whose care she is claimed to be.

Since you folks have no lawful authority to do so, we would require also the opportunity to confirm that Whitney is safe and uninjured. Among our people, are several of us who are child advocates, one having been trained by the entity that your corporations recognize as CASA(“Court” Appointed Special Advocates).
