Operation Smile, an international children’s medical charity, provides safe, effective reconstructive surgery for children born with cleft conditions. Those who survive are often unable to eat, speak, socialize, or smile; however, parents in developing countries usually can't afford the surgery. By hosting creative events to fundraise for the organization, Lisgar’s Operation Smile Club helps to change the world one smile at a time.
