Ingredients:
25 grams Old-Fashioned Oats
200 grams almond milk
150 grams water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
100 grams peeled and chopped apples
1 scoop Origin Nutrition Vegan Protein (Vanilla Flavour)
Banana Nut Protein Oats by
1 Banana
1 cup of oats
1 Scoop of Origin Protein (Vanilla Flavour)
1 teaspoon of sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup of water
1/3 cup of alternative milk of choice
Mix all ingredients together besides half of the banana (slice on top) and heat!
