2024 Minto Cup - Game 1 TONIGHT at Poirier Arena.
We are looking for a Travel Coordinator.
This role will include booking hotel blocks for teams traveling to provincials out of the lower mainland as well as any association lead away tournament (Space Needle Shootout).
You will also work with our tournament coordinator to set up hotel blocks for away teams attending RMMLA tournaments.
This person will need to work with hotels to secure enough rooms and attain group rates.

RMMLA is in need of adult officials for the 2024 Field Season.
Seeking adults interested in officiating that meeting the following requirements:
* minimum age 18 years of age; however, ideally 19 and older
- Officials have to be 2 years older than the age division being officiated.
- RMMLA is seeking officials to ref U18 division (with some U15 games as needed)
* has extensive lacrosse background with no officiating experience and/or has some officiating experience in another sport
* able to commit to covering games in Maple Ridge on Sundays as well some possible travel to other cities as needed.
* achieve a minimum grade of 75% on the CLA Level 2 certification exam

The RMMLA is seeking one or two volunteers to fill a vacancy for the Facilities Allocator position.
Interested parties may elect to allocate for the Field Season, Box Season or both.
Position description:
The Facilities Allocator will be responsible for allocating arena / field time for practices and games.
This position reports to the Third Vice-President, and shall:
i. Use appropriate guidelines to allocate regular practice and game time to all RMMLA Box and Field teams.
ii. Work with the Referee Allocator to book referees.
iii. Support Division Managers and team managers in any necessary scheduling or rescheduling of games and/or practices.
iv. Communicate with City representatives advising coaches the status and availability of all facilities including arenas and boxes.
v. Provide a weekly report to the Third Vice-President advising of any issues or concerns.
