So devastating to see this. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jay Cullen's family. Thanks for being a great teammate and friend. Rest in peace...
Let us honor the lives of Virginia State Police PILOT-LIEUTENANT H. JAY CULLEN and TROOPER-PILOT BERKE BATES. Both officers were in the helicopter that crashed in response to the Charlottesville protests. Lt. Cullen and Trooper-Pilot Bates are heroes, who served courageously and honorably. They each leave behind a wife and two children. Please pray for their families and loved-ones. .1.17

The Matchstix is finally here! We showed this to the world at Interbike last year but we knew we could make it better. So we went back to the machine shop and did it. The Matchstix carries all the tools you need for a trailside repair neatly inside your front axle. The handle is the star of the show serving as a wrench that holds a number of different tool bits, a spoke wrench and a chain tool. We provide 6 different bits and you decide which 4 you want to stash inside the axle. The other end of the axle works in conjunction with the 4mm bit to be the handle of the chain tool. There is also a handy little place to store a quick-link.
The Matchstix are available in the same 11 anodized colors as our hubs and spokes. We are starting off with 15x100mm and 15x110mm lengths for Fox and RockShox forks. (More to come!)
102 grams for 15x100mm
*Pre-orders start today (here https://goo.gl/qMV9fE) and Matchstix will ship by late October
Such an awesome new tool from one of our awesome sponsors! Go ahead and order up a pair or two... you will not be disappointed.
Do it!

Love these guys!
So, the final results came in, and two RCC youth cracked the top 20 yesterday at Monster Cross...with nearly 600 people on the course, and over 100 in the 25-mile race, the counting was..um..really hard. But, the best result came from a message we received this morning...posted below.
"My husband said the Legacy Team was really really fast at Monster Cross. Like, one after another they all passed him. On the climb at the end, he'd caught up with one of your riders and the rider said "Finish Strong, man" to him. That meant so much to my husband, on many levels. Anyone would appreciate the encouragement from a fellow rider, and having it come from a kid made it extra. And then on top of that, from a kid who didn't have to say anything but chose to voluntarily. Your encouragement of these kids sunk into the psyche of that rider for sure. 'Finish strong, man.' Its our new motto." - Jennifer
When you work with kids--and in our line of work, we lead with tough-love-- it's easy to become overly focused on all of the behavioral wrinkles that your trying to iron out. You try and see everything. You try and hear everything. You're always ready to stand firm, austere, and correct a kid's mistake. Truth is, we often become myopic in our constant scanning, and don't see or hear of all of the 'ironing' our youth have already done. It's easy for a kid to do good things when they have an audience to appease-- but to do good things, even when exhausted, competitive, during a race, just because-- that's real character. Sincerely, thank you Jennifer for passing this note along...
