My version of a School Cafeteria favorite!
We used to call it Snot over Rocks!
Chicken Fravy over Bisquits!

We just processed our Meat Chickens this week and I’ve been making bone broth! This is the remnants and some of the broth!
Let’s see if it tastes like it did back in school!

Ginger Stein here’s a recipe for you to try.

🍅❄️ Bloody Mary Popsicles ❄️🍅

Ingredients:

3 cups tomato juice
1/4 cup vodka
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions:

Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Add the vegetables: Stir in the chopped celery and halved cherry tomatoes.
Fill the molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, distributing the celery and tomato pieces evenly among the molds.
Freeze: Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
Serve and enjoy: Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy your Bloody Mary Popsicles as a refreshing, savory treat!
