Ms. Ashley is moving along with all things dance! She is currently looking for letters of support and in person support for an upcoming decision making meeting. We need to show that there is a need for dance programs in this community and support for a space! If you are able to help show support, please e-mail [email protected]
Thank you!

Update on a dance/theater rehearsal space: We have a space that can be converted to a studio in La Veta. I'm working on pricing and funding for floors and mirrors. I may take a performance team approach.
I could definitely use some help from parents who are interested in supporting this and getting it going! As many of you know, my time is already stretched pretty thin these days and help from the community to get funds and materials to transform the space is greatly welcome! E-mail me at [email protected] if you are interested!

Update from Ms. Ashley:
As many of you know, I sustained a serious shoulder injury...a few times. I have been working with doctors and professionals for a healing plan. Surgery was heavily discussed, but the orthopedic agreed with me that if we can try to avoid that, we should. So I've been ordered to 3 months of intense physical therapy at SPRHC. The hope is to return to teaching dance classes in the fall. I will have a better idea if that is physically possible at the end of May. I will update you all then. Cross your fingers I can get my body back to dancing mode soon, and please send positive vibes to both myself and my physical therapist.
