Hip hinging is used as the foundation for all squatting and deadlifting exercises. How do you know if you’re hip hinging properly? In this video, Dr. Josh demonstrates the common faults you see with this movement. Using a PVC pipe or broomstick can give immediate feedback on your posture while doing this movement.
