The 1st May marks the beginning of a 3 week period of significantly intensifying energies…

These frequencies (sent from the sun) are going to be interacting with you and your life in all different kind of ways. If you tune into your body, you’ll be able to notice a heightened charge around your crown, fingers & toes.

I have received a sign that “The Wave” is now beginning, which is likely going to be at its peak at Solstice.

If we are aware of what’s going on and equipped with the right tools, we have the opportunity to ride this wave, like a surfer, gliding over the surface in a blissful state of serenity….

… or we can choose to ignore, and likely get taken in by the powerful swirl of the wave, swimming against the current in states of chaos, resistance and suffering.

These energies have arrived to bring to the surface any area of ourselves + our life that is inconsistent to the truth of who we are.

Basically, it’s a 𝑩𝑰𝑮 game of authenticity.

If there is any area of your life where you are being inauthentic, or out of congruence with your soul, you’re going to know about it 𝑵𝑶𝑾.

The task is to never judge yourself, but to enquire, get curious, and spend these next few weeks with yourself as much as possible, asking yourself these questions…

✩ Where am I not being present in my life?

✩ Where am I stuck in a trauma bond (If I am)?

✩ Where am I not being fully myself?

✩ What identities have I been clinging onto that no longer feel good or serve me?

✩ Where in my life am I clinging on or trying to control?

Remember, that your internal resistence is the gateway to 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒈𝒐𝒍𝒅. Through feeling and allowing resistance, you access relief. The resistance dissolves, and you come into resonance with your truth.

It might not be nice, or comfortable, but know that these next few weeks present an immense opportunity for alignment and expansion!

Let me share with you a story to help deepen your belief in the 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄 of the universe.

Just yesterday, I had to find a new space for me and the babies to move short term.

Rather than waking up and jumping straight on my phone to avidly ‘search’ in fear… I stayed calm, made a coffee, grabbed my journal, and sat down in the morning sun to ‘feel’ into what I wanted to create.

Out of nowhere, these were the exact words I wrote in my journal…

“A jungle vibe.
A big and cosy bed.
Surrounded by nature.
Tranquil mornings.
Warm shower.
Heartbeats to connect to.
Light and inspiring space to work.
Safety.
BUT the main feeling is COSINESS + WARMTH.
And love of course.

P.S. somewhere, the number 22 is going to be present. This is when I will know the magic is at play”

I then turned on my phone.

Within 5 minutes. A message had come through on a group WhatsApp I am a part of, a space available for the next two weeks with a video of the space…

… immediately, my heart opened as EVERYTHING I had just penned down, was present.

So I messaged the owner some kind words, guess what her response was?

“it’s a super cosy & warm place, you’ll love it here”

I said YES in that very moment. Then she sent me through the location… only to discover it was 22 minutes away from where I was staying !

This was an instantaneous and effortless creation of my reality… coming through after so had got SUPER DUPER clear on what was in my heart.

I am now sat here, as I write these words, bang smack in the middle of my creation!

Filled with warmth and overflow for the 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄 that is available to 𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍 if we choose to believe.

SO my question to you, is how truly deeply 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆?

Because the magic that you’re going to experience is a direct relation to the depth in which you believe in it.

If you’ve got one foot in, on foot out… no matter how hard you try with all your might, you’re not going to be getting anywhere very fast.

Wholehearted belief that you are creating your reality in every moment, with every thought you have… is what tips the scale.

𝚆𝚒𝚝𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙳𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝒊𝒏 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕...

I woke up after sleeping just a few hours with charge pouring through my body. I let it land as I took a walk around the woods, two white feathers falling on my path. I paused for a moment in the golden sun breaking through the trees on my skin, feeling an innate sense of holding from the Universe.

𝑰 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I delivered one of my most potent live channelled transmissions… but right afterwards I dropped into a spiral of unworthiness, perfectionism, and not good enough, that took me an hour to alchemise and work my way back to myself.

𝑰 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I receive messages, comments and bookings come through - filling
Me and my heart with warmth. I tune into the most expansive mentoring sessions yet.

𝑾𝒆 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

The next moment, my dream collapses.

I received the news that The Finca that I was momentarily about to exchange contracts on has fallen through. My heart breaks open. My ground shaken. My belief in the magic questioned.

𝑰 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒈𝒐 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I have one of the most honest and open conversations with my dad about my path, about who I truly am and my work in the world. He receives me fully, without resistance or rejection.

𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉.

I take a breath. A break. Another walk, yet this time, I slip in some mud and land straight into a puddle. Entirely covered in mud from toe to breast. Getting up, somewhere between laughing and tears… asking the Universe ‘what is this day?’ A fly flies straight in my eye. I’m blinded.

𝑰 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

I get back home, and as I do, I gaze up at this tree as the final sun gazes it’s golden glow on the top of these leaves. I sigh in gratitude for the perfection. It was a vision just like this that I received so clearly during a ceremony just a few years ago.

In this moment, I know I am exactly where I am meant to be.

I have a story I’ve been meaning to share with you.

A story of 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒆 magic.

A few weeks back, I was being asked by the Universe to up-level my expenditure. I didn’t make any minded sense, but I was being guided to spend more without having any clear vision on where the money would arrive from.

As part of this, I felt a really strong calling to spend BIG on beauty products for myself, In a way I had never done before…

SO I went shopping & decided to fill my basket up with everything my heart said YES to !

€900 euros later… my heart pounded.

“Total lunacy” I thought.

I let it go.

But it didn’t leave. It kept on coming back round in my field. Playing on my mind.

I revisited the basket several times, the FEAR creeping In each time I’d even consider checking out.

Then I realised THIS FEAR was a gateway to something else. To evidence. To proof in the Magic…

WHAT IF, the Universe is just waiting for me to take the leap SO it can catch me?

SO against all odds.

I did IT.

It petrified ME.

But opened me at the same time.

You must know at this very moment, I had roughly double that in my bank account to live off. And I had never ever spent this much on myself in products before.

Yet I choose this very moment to RISE beyond the fear and trust what was in my heart.

I felt a wave of peace wash through me. All is well. Just wait for the magic…

The next morning… as I step out from the gym, I receive a voicenote from my landlord, letting me know as it was my final month I didn’t have to pay the rent.

Guess how much the rent was…? €900.

Yep, INSTANTANEOUSLY, the money came back in… in a way that I could’ve ever conceived.

It all balanced out, and my belief in the magic was affirmed!

What I am consistently learning in my journey, is that the Universe is not going to support you before you jump.

That would be way too easy and She doesn’t work that way.

You’ve got to jump first.

You’ve got to show willing in your commitment to your heart.

To your beliefs.

To the magic.

That when your beliefs can transform into evidence ✨

As when you make a choice that is aligned to your heart, anything is possible.

Hair felt flat and limp.
Skin felt blotchy and red.

I didn’t feel the ‘In myself’ that I usually do. Or live up to the impossibly high ‘aligned radiance’ baseline that I like to hold myself to…

…& I judged myself for it.

Walking into a busy restaurant, I felt all my energies contract inward “Oh gawd, everyone here except me looks beautiful and aligned. I shouldn’t be here. I don’t belong here”

The toxic and totally false narratives begin to set in, stemming from the inner demon Shame that we so neatly hide within.

Now I’m not sure about you, but these exceptionally heightened energies seem to be engineering a continuous stream of experiences for my deepest transformation. For anyone on “the path“

Like 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈.

𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔.

So if there is any part of your VAST SELF that you’re not accepting… your subconscious will instantly create a situation to 𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝑭𝑬𝑬𝑳 𝑰𝑻.

Today was exactly that. My subconscious has perfectly engineered a situation of gleaming beauty so that I could accept the deeply embedded feeling of ’not feeling beautiful’ in myself.

How clever is that?

But guess what...
.. I didnt want to not feel beautiful.

I rejected it.
I 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚 forgot the name of the game.

Instead, I called upon all of my magical strategy, my loving self talk, my inner well of radiance.

Nope, I still felt the same hue of sh*ttiness surround my field.

I downward spiralled. Increasingly getting more and more insecure, to the point I left.

But it stayed.

Then, As I drove home, I remembered.

My soul whispered…

“This my love, IS THE WORK.

You are feeling this way because you are denying your darker and more ugly emotions.

They won’t go away until you feel them all

Without judgment or resistance.

I often get asked, yet very rarely share on here about my s*xuality…

Outside of my mentoring clients, I haven’t been yet ready to take that leap in exposure and vulnerability on here.

This feels like an 𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆.

As you’ll know, the “awakening” is as much about expanding s*xual energies as it is about divine cosmic exploration. You can’t reach one without the other.

For years now I have been consciously exploring a new narrative for this 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒅 ever evolving force that murmurs and guides us from deep…

I had my first s*xual awakening when I was just 4 years old.

Experiencing waves of divine pleasure bliss and ecstasy through my body, I connected with something greater, and that was the only frequency I wanted to be.

Yet inevitably, waking up that early without understanding, guidance or protection would invite in unwanted energies…

I carried s*xual trauma in my body since the age of 7.

It took a decade of painful, numb and disconnected s*x to accept the healing journey I was being asked to take. Releasing the shame + fear that was stored within my womb… and rediscover the true 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 of my s*xuality.

These past years of have been a homecoming to myself, by myself, for myself.

The breaking out of boxes to claim myself as ‘Soul s*xual’ - attracted to the energy of the person rather than gendered body parts.

The releasing of limiting beliefs about what s*x is - to really truly discover through my own exploration, it to be - A Powerful & Masterful Spiritual practice for consciousness expansion.

The ecstasy found in total stillness.

The kundalini awakening has been 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒅.

I’ve been in states of pleasure for days - Activating portals of bliss & Channeling the energy around my body for hours.

Waking up in the middle of the night as my body uncontrollably vibrates in bliss.

It has also been a journey of immense pain and uncomfortably. Of patience, when I feel nothing. With dissonance, fear and numbness as I release the layers of trauma stored in my body and field…

IF you’re really serious about delivering BIG things, then you’ve gotta get really good at 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 before you are ready.

𝐈𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 that my heart was calling me to Ibiza… to make an investment on a property and a life out here, when I had just £300 to my name.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐓 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲... 𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕?

The Universe caught me. Devising a way on my behalf to make it happen.

𝐈𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, when my heart was asking me to radically increase my spending on myself… in self care, mentoring and my physical health.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐓 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲... 𝐈 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭... 𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕?

The Universe caught me. Bringing me more clients and investment to support my expanding life.

𝐈𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, when my heart guided me to say YES to my dream property ... Which would increase my total monthly expenditure on myself to £10k....

The Universe caught me… bringing me a flow and new creations to expand my business and deepen my impact.

One thing I have learnt about this journey of soul awakening… is that 𝐈𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞.

So let’s leave the logical mind aside.

I now know, that it is the whispers (sometimes shouts of the soul) that are our most pivotal and transformative moments that radically shift the trajectory of our entire journey…

From scaling from a z list to redbrick University in a month.

To landing my dream job at Hello! Magazine - purely out of belief.

To designing new realities for my consulting clients - I’d be the mind that opened theirs to new possible realities, vistas of being that they hadn’t thought possible.

All Through my awakening, I could never make sense of why I was guided Here, a tecaher, a mentor, a coach. I just couldn’t connect the dots.

In those roles. Something always felt contained. As though I still wasn’t being fully true to my highest self...

As I am here to design new realities of life for humanity to adopt.

To experiment with consciousness in order to pave new ways.

The beauty of it is, I’ve been living and breathing it all within my own life - I just haven’t been aware that that’s what ive been doing... Up until now.

It comes from forming art with life.

Being Bold.

Proving the superhumanness of our species.

Greetings magical beings ✨

I hope this message lands gently into your being.

Ordinarily, I keep my energetic guidance for those who ask directly... As am very wary of how many ’false prophets’ there are out there that can create even more chaos and fear.

Yet today this feels different. I’ve cleared my field and checked in within myself a Gazzillion times to make sure I’m a clear vessel. My intuition says yes. It is my duty to share what I am experiencing to be of service as we ascend at an accelerated pace…

… remember that YOUR OWN GUIDANCE trumps all else. So take only what you feel resonates and discard the rest.

These past few weeks our dream world has been on overdrive. You’ve most likely noticed. A lot of work is happening whilst you sleep, shadow integrations and also signs pointing you in the right direction during your waking hours. It’s important now more than ever to take note of your dreams and feel into your intuition as to the deeper meaning behind.

Last night I had a dream, which very strongly signalled to me an ‘off the scale’ incoming wave of energy - that is going to send humanity into a even deeper place of chaos and turmoil. We have not experienced a heightened frequency like this yet, and it’s going to impact us all individually in different ways.

It felt as though this wave was imminent (Ill know when it begins). And will surface our deepest fears to be realised as LOVE. Remembering always there is no fear, only love.

ALTHOUGH many of us WILL NOT be aware that this is happening, neither be equipped with the tools or support systems to ride this one through. This part was very clear in my dream too. We all need to step up and hold each other during this period.

SO as guides - who are informed & awake… over the coming weeks we must…

FIRST & FOREMOST : Prioritise your own self care & honour your own process. Take it easy, work on inner alchemy of the energies coming through. Acknowledge this is happening, don’t get blind sighted by the game.

SECOND : Step up even more deeply in service to your family, friends and circles… acting as a grounded support to anyone experiencing difficulty and resistance to the wave…
