Good Morning - The Final from Yesterday will take place now!
Fantastic action from the Legends Cars Championship with allgrowth at Snetterton todayβ¦oh and then an unexpected power cut!
Heat One delivered a superb couple of laps at the conclusion, with Ben Higgins charging to a richly deserved maiden victory after a great late battle with Jack Parker.
Chris Needham rocketed through to second place on the final tour, just pipping Luke Simmons on the line. Parker slipped to fourth ahead of early podium challenger Nathan Anthony.
Heat Two was initially red-flagged after a start line tangle in which Higgins and Anthony were caught-up. There was also additional drama at Riches.
When the race re-started, over five laps, Parker and Oli Schlup stormed away at the front but an oil leak for the latter dropped him to seventh at the finish.
Parker won by over three seconds from Simmons, who took second in a photo finish from Will Gibson - who started at the back after repairs were required from the initial start.
Later in the afternoon, a local power cut curtailed the racing activity and so the round five Final is now set to take place on Sunday morning at 09.30.
The full revised timetable, featuring four Legends races of course, will be issued tomorrow.
