Background
Tigbauan Temple Baptist Academy, Inc. is founded on Christ-centered perspective as shown by its belief that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The Bible as the inspired, the only infallible, faithful, powerful, authoritative, eternal word of God is the basis of our faith and practice.
We believe that each human being possesses a special dignity as a unique person created by God and is capable of developing his natural talents, skills, and character to serve God and his fellowmen. However, humans are sinners by nature and they are spiritually dead. Therefore, they can only better love the Lord and serve others, if they have established a personal relationship with God Through faith in Christ. In that way, they are quickened by the Holy Ghost to be spiritually alive (Ephesians 2:1), to receive God’s free gift of eternal Salvation (Ephesians 2:8) in His son, Jesus Christ (John 3:16). They are the children of God as stated in the book of John 1:12 and now able to understand the wisdom of God as the springboard of a productive learning process.
The full emphasis of our educational endeavor is on the development of every student to become God-loving, Bible believing, intellectually competent, skillfully efficient, and good citizen of the country.
