Just finished processing my emotions from day 1 of brainspotting. Unlocking emotions held in a specific part of the brain, understanding where that emotion is felt within the body.......the body really does keep the score! Thank you, Tracy Gaitlin-Monroy, you held space for each of us today. Thank you for being an amazing, thoughtful, well-grounded, and highly intuitive instructor. This course was meant for me!

Walking with my ancestors on the beach in Puerto Rico was an amazing experience. Released outdated "stuff" and embraced a greater depth of purpose.

I love being a holistic therapist.

As I'm eating tomato basil soup, I'm reminded of Basil Essential Oil benefits and properties. Basil Essential Oil has anti-inflammatory properties and works well as a digestive aid. I use this oil in my specialized blend to help ease inflammatory issues. ( FYI...basil essential oil is NOT in my soup!)

3. Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars retreat is also this month. Our cohort continues to focus on the social determinants of health.
