Today let's practice a little meditation:

New Dawn Meditation

Sit somewhere quiet and where your back is supported. You can even lay down for this. Close your eyes. Take a deep breathe in with a 2 second pause and deep breathe out with a 2 second pause. Do this 2 more times until you are relaxed.
When you are ready start the meditation.

Just after waking up, imagine the darkness in your mind as the Night sky filled with stars, symbolizing your worries and anxieties. Then, picture a brilliant sun on the horizon, it's gentle, golden light gradually spreading across the sky, representing the promise of a new day and a fresh beginning. Visualize the sun's rays breaking through the dark clouds of your worries. Watch as the clouds disperse, dissolving into the light. As the sun's warm light bathes you, let it fill you with hope and positivity, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. Each morning is an opportunity for a fresh start, just like the sun rises anew every day. As you go about your day, carry this sense of renewal with you into your daily activities.

-Letting Go of the Past & Future

Understand that what has already happened cannot be changed. Remind yourself that dwelling on the past can lead to anxiety, regret, or sadness. Let go of the need to change or relive it. Acknowledge that what will happen hasn't occurred yet, and you cannot predict or control it. Recognize the futility of worrying about the unknown. Visualize the past and future as heavy weights or objects that you are holding. One by one, let them go.

This is talking about love. Or lack of love. Maybe you've lost the spark. Everything feels bland and boring. You're not feeling the romance, or excitement. Sometimes you feel lost, like you don't know where things are headed and it makes you feel some type of way. You need to take the blind folds off and see how things actually are. And maybe let go of an illusion you have of how things should be. You have two paths you can take. Stay or go. Use your mind and heart to make this decision. Don't let how you think things should be, fool you though. Be honest with yourself. If you stay try to come up with ideas on how to liven things up. Refresh the relationship. Start something new. Find things online you both can do. Or gain knowledge on things your partner likes to better understand them. Everything takes work and so do relationships. Sometimes they even get boring. It doesn't mean it's bad. But you both have to put in the work to keep it flourishing. Also be open and honest on what you want and what you desire. This is your partner, your team mate. They can't give without knowing. Communication is key. Also taking it back to old school, try writting love letters to each other to help ignite the romance.

Empathy:

•Practice putting yourself in another's shoes and imagining what they must be feeling or experiencing when you have the opportunity, ask others what their experience is like, and listen without judgment.

•Listen to others without attempting to fix their pain. Make it a goal each day to listen without interrupting.

•Pay attention to how much you take on other people's feelings or problems, so you don't become overwhelmed.

•Express your empathy by becoming involved in a cause that aims to reduce the suffering of others.

•Challenge those who show bias or prejudice, and encourage others to consider the experiences of those who are different or who are struggling.

•THINK
Think about what extra little habits are essential to improve your life.

1. Walking everyday
2. Giving self-love accurately
3. Making my insides feel better by eating better
4. Creating a sleep routine
5. Make time for business

•WRITE
Make a list of 5-10 new habits and describe why you should include them in your daily routine, what you will do and how you will follow the new routine and finally what kind of reward you will receive for your effort.

1. Walking everyday will help improve my lungs and it will help me lose more weight. My body will feel better and stronger.
2. I give self-love but I'm never in the moment. I'm going to learn to be present and love on myself fully. I need to fill my cup so I'm not dragging. So it doesn't affect others.
3. Of course, in the past, when I used to eat healthy, I felt better and lighter but food was my comfort, so I decided to eat what I loved but in tiny portions. But I still feel like crap because it's not healthy and it's not enough. I think moving forward I should slowly introduce different greens into my diet again. Add it with my comfort food. Meet in the middle.
4. I need to create a routine to do every night before bed so my body turns to auto pilot, then shuts off into a deep sleep. I need to also find a way to stay on my side because sleeping on my back causes me to snore and that keeps us both up. Will create better sleep habits.
5. Making time for my business will only help it improve and help me move forward. If you don't do anything, then nothing will happen. So I'm going to put in the work and a year from now I'm hoping I expanded and grew from where I was.

•ACT
Choose the habit that requires the least change and investment of your time and resources and bring it to your life.

♡ I choose walking everyday. I need to take advantage of the good weather and taking in sun. Which helps with depression and the sun also helps with sleep. So many benefits from walking and requires the least of everything and comes with many benefits including weight loss and a better A1C.

Bought me a white board and figured out how I want to run my business. At least I hope it flows better. So it'll be original content and everyday I will be posting something new, about life coaching, about tarot and about better ways to meditate. I've just been trying to figure things out and life is lifing as it does. I'm also trying to get my certification to be a meditation practitioner. But ill be more active and promoting the three things I will be doing as my job here. I hope everyone enjoys the new content and bring all your friends along for the ride. Right now you feel like you're not enough, you're lacking in confidence. It's spilling into all your relationships. Right now let that light inside you, shine bright into all the dark parts of your life. Basically heal them. Release anything that is holding you down. Find courage and find your voice. But also keep an open mind on what others have to say. This is the time to finally start something new. Get creative. Don't hold back. You will do this new thing with confidence because you let go of thinking you're less than. YOU ARE ENOUGH!

Since they've left this world, they have been free. No more pain or suffering. No more sadness. Being free is like being able to fly. Don't think because they aren't physically with you, they aren't with you at all. When we think about them, they come to us. Sometimes we know and sometimes we don't. You are going through it right now. And to not deal with it you do things to make yourself happy. It can be spending money, eating too much or eating bad food, binge watching TV. Things like that. But you realize that happiness doesn't last very long. And while you're going through this situation, you're going to try to cope with whatever will make you happy at the moment, until it becomes toxic to your life. Trust that everything happens for a reason. Take care of yourself when things are in a rut. So you don't lose yourself. Because this storm won't last forever, it will clear, you'll need to be healthy, healed, and ready to go.
