As a participant you are only responsible for your own process. You are not responsible for the process of the event or that of others - enjoy this! 😌

Usually people that still have programs running where they need to be responsible and/or carry the burden for others, feel the need to interfere in processes. Do be aware that if you activate this program within yourself, you do not give others a chance to go through their own sh* themselves. You’re also taking on a burden which is not yours to carry.

❓Question to all ‘Empowerment Facilitators’ (anyone who works with others to empower them and activate their self healing properties).

My partner & me run a retreat center in Portugal. Both of us have had (and still have) intentions of bringing together different kinds of conscious “healers”, space holders, teachers, mentors etc. >> Empowerment Facilitators :).

We have an idea we would like to gauge with you. We would like to co-create a retreat especially for, and from facilitators. Every facilitator will organize something from her/his passion to teach and/or share with the others. This way we can co-create a beautiful retreat where we can connect, learn, inspire, understand and support each other.

As we are happy to open up our space for this, we are also curious if you as an Empowerment Facilitator would be interested. Would you be willing to travel to Portugal? What would you like to share with others? What would you like to experience? Anything else you would like to share and ask: don’t hesitate!
