Is anyone else afraid of trolls? 🧌

I thought I had outgrown childish fears, but the fears had simply evolved within my mind.

One of my fears is being hated. I want everyone to like me and approve of everything I do and say.

As much as I’ve worked on this, it still lingers in the back of my mind and has been inhibiting my progress.

Some of the brightest souls (on social media and elsewhere) attract the most hate.

I’m going to spend a few weeks sharing indiscriminately to attract some hate and feel comfortable with it.

People pleasing is a trauma response and I’m done with it! ❤️

How have you dealt with your people pleasing? What worked, what didn’t?

I was guiding a client through a soul retrieval.

She had done some healing and identified the pattern the trauma had established in her life.

It was time for some higher wisdom.

I guided her to connect to her Soul, and asked her what she was feeling.

”It feels like laughter in my heart” she said.

I knew she was in the right place.

I asked her what her soul had learnt from that experience.

”To just let it go. I just want to let it go!” Was her reply.

I guided her through a somatic release of the remaining stuck emotional energy until it was all gone.

”I feel light” was how she described it.

‘Perfect’ I thought, and brought her back.

I’ve just finished reading this wonderful book by Malidoma Somé.

Growing up in Burkina Faso, every man in the village undergoes a profound initiation whereby they connect with their ancestors, travel between realities and connect with their reason for incarnating.

Western culture could learn a few things from this.

The title of the talk I’m giving this Sunday at The International School of Intuition and Healing Cape Town Open Day.

I’m going to talk about a young girl who became an alcoholic shortly after her alcoholic grandfather died, a young man who experimented with tick and landed up in the psych ward of a government hospital, and about a child conceived out of r**e.

I will also discuss reptilians, demons, poltergeists and a bunch of other stuff people normal find scary…..but I will also explain why you need not fear!

This is really interesting and much of what I deal with on a regular basis!

How do you feel after a general anaesthetic?

I had an emergency call when someone’s pain killers could do nothing for the pain after a routine procedure.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, so much can happen in a hospital or with medication, all I knew is to start with the energy centres around the head.

There I found a huge hole and a giant chasm.

It was like the anaesthetic was an energetic baseball bat to knock the patient out.

Fortunately energy can be fixed fairly easily and the client got a good nights sleep and was pain free.

I’ve also experienced unbearable pain from something energetic and simply through desperation managed to clear the energy and experienced almost immediate relief.

I am still blown away on a regular basis as to hope much our energy can impact our bodies.
