Recipe by !
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
• 4 portions of rice
• 1 package of tofu
• 1 package of plant based meat kit
• Olive oil (according to package directions)
• Cold water (according to package directions)
• 3 green onions
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
• Optional: chili flakes
Extra Sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 tsp garlic powder
•Water (to help make the sauce, add 2 tsp at a time until you reach desired consistency)
• Optional: chili flakes
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the into a bowl along with olive oil and stir until it’s fully coated.
2. Add to a blender with cold water and blend for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour the powder mix in and stir until it’s fully combined.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 30+ minutes.
5. Slice the tofu into cubes.
6. To a pan on medium heat, cook the plant based meat for 7-8 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Once cooked, set aside and transfer to a bowl.
7. Add the tofu into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add more soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
8. Pour the plant based meat into the tofu and combine together. Add a bit of water to help form the sauce.
9. Top with green onions and chili flakes and serve with rice.

made some delicious meatballs for spaghetti! I'm getting a little hungry just looking at this beautiful bowl. 🤤 And she was even kind enough to share her recipe:
🍝 INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Neo Kit plant-based ground meat
1 bottle of tomato sauce of your choice
1/2 packet spaghetti
3 garlic cloves, chopped
5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 cup black olives
1/4 bunch spinach, chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp cayenne powder
Salt to taste
🍝 METHOD:
1) Boil spaghetti until cooked and drain
2) Follow the instructions by to make the plant-based meat (we used seasoning such as chilli powder, onion/garlic powder)
3) In a pan, add oil. When hot, add green chillies, garlic and onion. Cook until onions are clear
4) Then add mushrooms, olives and spinach. Cook for 3 mins.
5) Add in your favourite pasta sauce, and your seasonings (garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper)
6) Cook the sauce in medium heat for 3 mins then low-medium for another 5 minutes
7) Add in your meat balls and pasta and toss for 2-3 mins. Cook on low
8) Top off with vegan Parmesan cheese and black pepper
Masala bites with .foodie! The prep process is easy and straightforward and she makes cooking up this dish look like a breeze. 😁

This looks better every time I see it! made burritos using Neokit. It was her first time using a plant-based meat and she said it was "just like the ones I've tried in restaurants." 💚 While we're thrilled to hear that, we'd be even more thrilled to have a bite of this delicious food. 😉🤤

How our journey began
Neophyto Foods was born out of one of our co-founders’ personal need that no other plant-based cheeses could satisfy. While studying at the University of Guelph, our co-founder had adopted a vegan diet to pursue a greener lifestyle, but faced one major problem - he couldn’t find a plant-based cheese that tasted good and was affordable.
He did what most people couldn’t do - he approached his food scientist friend (and now co-founder) to make him the best plant-based cheese on the market. And so, Neophyto Foods was born.
