We started creating natural items as a hobby, and it blossomed into a store! We take pride in our handmade, earthy crafts and products. Payment
We currently accept PayPal payments and Etsy Direct Checkout.
You do not have to create a PayPal account to use PayPal. Simply select it as your payment option and follow the instructions for using a debit or credit card via PayPal.
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your payment being cleared.
If payment is not received within 3 business days of your purchase, we will attempt to contact you via Etsy conversation. At 5 business days, we will cancel the transaction and leave appropriate feedback.
Shipping
Our packages are shipped through the USPS. We will try to send out orders as soon as payment is received; however, larger items will be shipped on Fridays due to work constraints.
If you would like to pay for speedier shipping, contact us to make arrangements.
We do not provide insurance on deliveries at this time.
Custom orders will be shipped as soon as [a] payment has been processed and [b] the order is completed. Details will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the requested item.
Refunds and Exchanges
We’re sorry, but we do not currently accept exchanges or refunds.
