The Frontier Airlines Pilot Cadet team recently hosted their third successful Cadet Day at the corporate offices in Denver, CO. Cadets engaged with flight operations leaders, gaining valuable insights into their career paths and receiving guidance from the Chief Pilot team. They even got to experience an A320 sim, mastering take-offs and landings. A big shoutout to the Flight Ops and Cadet Recruiting teams for organizing this enriching event. Best wishes to all cadets as they progress toward becoming future professional First Officers with Frontier! ✈️🌟

The newest Frontier crew base is in San Juan, Puerto Rico! As one of the largest carriers in the area, we are excited to continue our growth there. This base will provide employment for 90 pilots and 200 flight attendants.

Frontier team members, from our crew bases to headquarters, proudly stand in support of our troops this season! Teaming up with the USO, we're aiding deployed service members globally.

The generous donations during our USO donation drive will provide service members with deployment holiday kits, boosting morale during the initial deployment stage upon reporting for duty.

The Frontier donations are one way we show gratitude to those who sacrifice for our nation.

First Officer Brian Miller flew his last flight on active duty in 2013 and his first flight with Frontier Airlines last month. Read on for more of Brian's story:

"This is my third career since leaving the military in 2019 and I drug my feet a bit thinking I was comfortable in my last job. I was trying to figure out how to get back into flying since I didn’t fit into too many traditional pathways.

Since starting, I have had a surprising number of folks ask me if they thought it was also a good idea for them. I tell them yes and that I regret not doing this two years ago. A lot changed from the time I got out. There are more opportunities to leverage a military rotary career for an airline opportunity.

I chose Frontier because they offered me the chance to fly from home (something I am currently enjoying) without having to move and it was a place I could see myself staying. They showed me a lot of respect at my interview.

The best advice I can give is that connections matter in the airlines. I had plenty of help getting here, so get aligned with somebody that can help you through the transition."

Brian is a great example of why we are passionate about our military programs. Thank you, Brian, for your service and for sharing your Frontier story!

We are excited to announce a new crew base at CVG (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport)! We are also reopening a pilot base in Chicago to serve Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) - O'Hare & Midway International Airports.

Both bases are set to open in May 2024 and are anticipated to generate hundreds of new jobs. We are excited to continue growing our network and creating opportunities in the communities we serve.
