God Keeps His Promises!
God's promise that "I will never leave you nor forsake you" is found in several books of the Bible, in both Old and New Testaments. With this promise, we as believers can be well assured that He is always with us and we with Him, in faith and in spirit. So no matter the issues of our past, the present or in the days to come, be encouraged that if God said it, He'll be there! God Bless you.....

Genesis 22:1-8 God Will Do It, Every Time!
Again, we come to look at the provision of God as Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord our provider and He will do it every time?
There came a time in Abrahamās life when he received what was probably the greatest test in his walk with God.
Because Abraham knew the voice of God, he responded quickly to God's test. The test was, God asked Abraham to take thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and offer him for a burnt offering. Notice how God reminded Abraham of two things in that requestā¦.the first was, thine only son Isaac and the second was, whom thou lovest. God requested of Abraham to give Him his most valued possession, which was his only son, Isaac. What is going through the mind of Abraham? What would be going through your mind?
In Verse 3 of the text, we find THE UNCONDITIONAL OBEDIENCE OF ABRAHAM.
For Abraham there was no question, no argument, no stalling, or even talking to Sarah. Again, because he knew the voice of God, he "rose early in the morning"! Here was a man who understood his position relative to who God was. Although Abraham was a great man, he was just a man. He fully understood and appreciated the Who and What of God: He is GOD!
Abraham was prepared and ready to be obedient to God and give God what He asked of him.
So Abraham took the wood, two servants, and Isaac, and went to the place God had told him, the land of Moriah. Allow me to remind you again, Itās not the valued possession God wants, He wants your obedience.
In verse 4-8 we find THE UNWAVERING TRUST OF ABRAHAM.
Because Abraham knew the voice of God and trusted that the Lord would provide, he didn't even take a lamb in case God āchanged His mind.ā
Abrahamās trust in God was so strong in verse 5, he said, we'll be backā¦.And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you.
Stop allowing people to tell you that youāre arrogant for knowing what God will do. When you know Him and He knows you, you know what God can and will do!
Abraham continued to trust in the provision of God. These two are my favorite verses of this text. V-7 & 8. And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?

Genesis 22:1-14 God Will Do It, Every Time!
When it comes to what and how we call on our God, what He is called is based on Who He is to you. God may have many titles, but one nameā¦I Am! His name is I Am, but somebody may know Him as Jehovah-Rapha: The Lord Who Heals You. Jehovah Shammah: The Lord who is present. Jehovah Rohi: The Lord my shepherd. Jehovah Shalom: The Lord is peace. El-Shaddai-Rohi: God Almighty.
But someone reading this today is just like Abraham and knows Him to be Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord my provider! Anybody know Him as a provider? Anybody knows that He will make a way when it seems to be no way? Anybody know that if you let Him, God will do it every time?
Our God is a God of provision. When we serve Him in spirit and in truth, He takes the responsibility for all our needs. You may ask how I know? Because the Bible tells me in Philippians 4:19, that My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory.
Abraham found this to be true when he received what was probably the greatest test of all in his walk with God. I want us to look at this test and see how God is Jehovah-Jireh and He will provide.
As the story goes, God told Abram not to fear and that He would be a protector. Abram said thank you for the protection but I want a son. God had promised Abraham a Son. And later when Abraham was 100 and Sarah was 99, God delivered on His promise and gave him a son named Isaac.
After the birth of Isaac, evidently Abraham's life was going about fairly well. He was a rich old man raising a young son. He had experienced many tests and trials in his life time, but at this time, things seemed to be just fine. But then, one day, Abraham faced what would be the biggest challenge of his lifetime.
God decided to test Abraham. No believer is immune from tests or trials. In fact, Because God loves us, He tests us. James 1:2-4 says, count it all joy when you fall into divers temptations. But notice that Abraham responded to God's call quickly because he knew the voice of God. God asks Abraham to give Him his most valued possession, which was his only son. What is your most valued possession? Are you willing to part with it if God wants you to? I got good news for you, itās not the valued possession God wants, He wants your obedience. Why, because He is Jehovah-Jireh and He will provide.
