I may be a cheap date. But subsequent to two surgeries and multiple medications following this injury, I am off all prescription medications. Am using OTC meds in a regimen and using MagNificent cream rubbed on locally to my leg for muscle relaxation. I can think clearly, don’t have the side effects of prescription meds, and can tolerate PT. Do I have pain? Yes. But much less as time goes on.

I have a choice. Know that I will always have some discomfort, with some good days and bad, or go seek out prescription medications to alleviate my pain.
I choose to wrestle with my body aches. To use viatmins and magnesium creams and our warming cream to give myself some relief. Most days I have pretty good mobility. Some days are horrible. When I added magnesium threonate pills to my vitamin regimen and started using the cream routinely, I noticed that my hair started getting thicker and darker, and that my stamina improved. Without getting all scientific, It has to do with magnesium being involved with producing and maintaining energy levels. 8 years after the fact, I am in better shape than before using it.
