Kwentuhang Devo
A place to share your devotion with others and be blessed by God's message.
2 Timothy 1:7 NIV
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.
I have always lacked self-discipline. That is a fact. Every now and then I lose focus and my mind tends to wander away. In the end, my day isn't as productive as it should be and it frustrates me knowing that I have a family to feed and bills to pay as well as other responsibilities.
I thank God for reminding me that I only need to ask for the Holy Spirits' strength, to clear my mind and focus on the things that are truly important.
But I know that prayer alone will not be enough. I should also put work into it by identifying the things that set me off my goals and daily tasks. Stop doing them, and make sure that all my work is done.
I am reminded of what is written in Colossians 3:17
"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

Ano to?
These are daily logs ng aking devotion.
Ano nga ba ang devotion or devo as others call it? Just as we use our mobile devices to communicate with our friends and family, daily devotion is a way to communicate with God through His words in the bible.
As a Chrisitan, the 1st thing I do the moment I wake up is to read at least 1 chapter from the bible and write down God's message, command, warning or promise to me and how it applies to my life.
Magugulat nalang po kayo that in every chapter in the bible merong message si Lord sa inyo na tatatak sa puso mo, as if he "intentionally" wants you to read that specific chapter.
