“The most important thing is to enjoy your life—to be happy—it's all that matters.”
-Steve Jobs

Let’s face reality: we cannot be happy all the time, but we can be if we do what we love. Life is meaningful if we do things that we are passionate about. Rather than being focused on the happiness of others, we should also prioritize ourselves.

It eventually gets better, without any sort of explanation. One day you just realize that you’re no longer upset. You’re no longer mad, hurt or bothered by the things that took so much of your energy and thoughts. One day you’ll find yourself in peaceful place to enjoying that moment.

“There are a million reasons why thus can’t work. a million nos. but there’s also one yes we touch” - Elemental

Embrace our differences as strengths, for it's in diversity that we find innovation and strength. Together, our unique perspectives create a powerful synergy that can overcome any challenge.

Be the person who still tries. After failure, after frustration, after disappointment, after exhaustion. Be the person who musters up courage to believe that a new attempt can manifest new outcome.

PAINTING TEACHES US

A painting titled "Flood Scene"

From the painting, we will find here a person trying to save his father, and completely ignoring his wife and son, who are closer to him, and the lightest weight among them is that he saves him!

The mother represents life and the son is the future, but the grandfather represents the past that the man obviously clings to and therefore loses his life and future!

"Believing you are unworthy of love and belonging —that who you are authentically is a sin or is wrong— is deadly. Who you are is beautiful and amazing." — Laverne Cox

I suppose this lovely phrase doesn't need any further explanation or commentary. Just remember to keep being you.

"The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain!" — Dolly Parton

After a storm, beauty always prevails. If life is challenging right now, accept that it is. Have trust that this will pass as well. Nothing endures forever. You can't constantly expect good things to happen to you. You will occasionally also need to deal with the bad things in life and discover how to get through difficult times. It will be well worth it after you've conquered it.

“Hi! I am a high school student. I am doing good academically. But, one of these days, I keep wondering if I’m happy with what I’m doing. Sure, I want to be successful and stuff but I don’t even know what I want to become. I am utterly exhausted from studying. I often feel stressed. I do good to make my parents happy and meet their expectations. But, is that really enough? I don’t know what to do, I just stare at the ceiling thinking about what I want. I am in my last year in high school and still don’t know what strand to take in shs, what course should I take in college and all that.”

Here’s some advice for those students who are also experiencing this:

Just breathe and relax. Don’t be so stressed out. Enjoy your life and enjoy what you are doing. If you don’t know what strand or course to take, then figure it out slowly. Think about what you love doing and what makes you happy. Think about what you enjoy the most, and that’s when you’ll find what you want.

Someone sent us this email: “This past few days I’m thinking of unaliving my self”

Before thinking about “un-aliving” yourself, have you ever thought of the people who love you—the people who will be devastated when they lose you? If you say that there are no such people, well, you are wrong. There is always someone who will miss you when you are gone—someone who cherishes you a lot. I’m no expert in giving advice, but if you want someone to talk to, just message us, and we will listen. If you have a problem, then you should talk about it with someone who will understand you and is close to you. Do the things you love; Do the things that makes you happy. Love lots and stay strong!

“Different Isn't Bad; It's Just Not The Same." -Anne from Anne with an E
Being different doesn’t mean something is wrong. It just means you have your own uniqueness, so don’t compare yourself to others; you are beautiful just the way you are.

A line from the movie Five Feet Apart: “Don’t think about what you’ve lost. Think of how much you have to gain." You have to live! Don’t think about losing things, because the more you think about it, the less you live.

From: Anonymous

"I'm slowly failing now. My recent academic performance is not what it was; I'm receiving failing grades and find it increasingly difficult to study. In the academic realm, I'm losing myself. It's not external pressure that's losing me; rather, it's the fatigue I've been feeling lately. I'm losing my steps, my identity is slipping away, and I don't have the energy to stop it because I'm lost."

I heard a little something from someone:
"Losing myself allowed me to rebuild and become a stronger version of who I once was."

Here's some advice for you: try to rest, even for a little while. Don't think about your studies, and have time to have fun. Find yourself and be a better version of you.

Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Out of the mountain of despair, a stone of hope.” In every failure and disappointment, there is victory and success. Failure does not mean “the end," it just means the start of something new. Make mistakes, learn, and grow.

A little bit of fun won’t kill you. For those students who always study and never have time to have fun, let me tell you something: Learning is better when you have fun! Live like there is no tomorrow. Live life to the fullest. Don’t pressure yourself so much.
