D3D-s

The D3D-s is a 3D Scanner that implements a new concept in 3D scanning.

We've combined the best quality of projection, laser, and other expensive handheld scanners to create an automatic, unbelievably accurate, and, most importantly, easy-to-use tool.

The client from Japan sent the scanning result. The height of the figurine is 30mm, considering that the scanner costs only $3200, excluding shipping. The scanner's working area is 90x90x200mm.

The height of the figurine is 70 mm. It was scanned with our unique 140 MP 3D scanner that has a working area of 120x120x600 mm and resolution of 0.022 mm/pix.

This figurine was scanned twice, from the top and the bottom. To achieve sharp details with precise edges, the margin of error had to be less than 20 microns.

To help you visualize this size, consider this: If you slice a sheet of paper into five equal parts like a sandwich, one of those slices represents the margin of error while the size of your palm represents the size of this miniature.

But this is just the beginning. I have many more surprises in store for you.

A 3D scanner featuring a working size of 600x120x120mm and a high-resolution clarity of 0.022mm per pixel. This corresponds to a resolution of 140MP. Each camera has a 20MP sensor and a 25MP lens.

With dimensions of 170 by 130 mm, the statue was initially scanned from the bottom, followed by the top. As it's crucial for these separate scans to be seamlessly joined together while maintaining fine details, the scanner must have not just a high resolution, but exceptional accuracy as well.

Hello, my name is Bruno Marcha from André Marcha Jewelry based in Lebanon

I purchased this very reasonably priced D3D-S scanner because it is a great tool in our manufacturing with so many applications
We often work with organic shapes from nature that are difficult to replicate by the human hand, and we like to stay as faithful as we can to those shapes

That’s where the D3D-S scanner comes in, where we scan for example a complex shaped tree leaf and through CAD software we mirror it and scale it up or down or warp it to have that leaf as earrings
Thus saving a lot of time and adding quality to the manufacturing process
All that with a super-resolution for fine detail

This is one of the many applications for the D3D-S
