The Symphonic Gong helps the brain reach deep relaxation – specifically the delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest brain waves in humans. It is like experiencing a deep sleep.

The didgeridoo produces a low frequency sound that you can hear, as well as vibrations that you can feel. These low frequencies have a healing effect on living tissue, cells and promote movement and unblocking of energy in the body.

The Ocean Drum is a wonderful tool for clearing energy and washes away what isn't serving your highest good.

The 7 Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls are in tune with each of the chakras. Crystal singing bowls have the ability to rebalance or heal chakras because each energy centre has a unique vibrational frequency that interacts with the vibrational frequencies created when playing a crystal singing bowl.

To close the session I play the Koshi chimes which playfully and gently bring you back into the space after experiencing this wonderful session.

The frequencies of the Lucia Light invite brain wave coherence and invite one into a deep meditative state, known as hypnagogia. This meditation lamp is a tool for self exploration and journeying.

The sound bath I provide helps to guide the journey as the mind can combine the stimuli of the light and sound, generating synesthesia, the experience of 'seeing' music. The neuro art seen in one's mind's eye, is completely unique to each individual in this visionary experience.

This morning, I had the honor of offering a Sound Session to a beautiful bride and her bridesmaids at Oz Farm ✨

They all loved the experience of deeply relaxing before the big day of celebration began. The bride was grateful to feel balanced and centered. She said it definitely was a perfect gift to receive before all her friends and family gathered for her wedding.
Her husband to be was so sweet; he thanked me for blessing the space 🪷

My heart is bursting with so much gratitude and joy!! Tonight, we celebrated the Summer Solstice with a Sound Bath on my friends Evelyn Arce & Hans' land.
My dear friend Esmeralda Vanessa Plascencia Arredondo organized this event for the Latino Outdoors North Coast group and we had a wonderful turnout.
Everybody LOVED the experience and it was all their first time receiving a Sound Bath. It was especially special to hear the ocean with the pelicans circling us!!!

*Please note that this is not a Reiki certification course. This workshop is great for those who already have their Reiki level 1, 2 or Masters. It is not mandatory to have your Reiki training to take this workshop; we will refer you to our Reiki teacher for further training if you choose to do so.

I had the opportunity of giving a client Reiki at today 💖
She came in with a sore neck and tension in her shoulders. She also felt ungrounded & scattered.

After our session she expressed that she went on a wonderful healing journey with me and saw many different colors. Her neck and shoulders are relaxed and she has full range of motion in her neck!!

She hadn't worked with her chakras before and was surprised to see her inner rainbow in her body and a rainbow aura field while her eyes were closed!! 🌈
